Shower head turns on randomly with valve shut off

We completed the installation of this system and the product looks great, but all of the sudden the shower head started running with the valve in the off position. I've only had this installed for less than a month. I emailed customer service for assistance. I'll update the review once I hear back from them. So far pretty disappointed.

Great shower head

The sprays are so relaxing, well finished with good material quality. The rainfall is the best shower you could have after a long day! I had no problem installing it, and I’m very happy with the final product. Plus the fact i can take long showers listen to music!
