The first one I received appeared used, and Wayfair was able from photos to replace it quickly as the description allows for 30 returns. Thank you! The replacement is a nice pillow, but finding it compressed too much, but thats me. I didnt see an option for one other than the medium. I added a second pillow and found it still compressed, but comfort is great now.

This is by far the best pillow I’ve ever had. I had neck surgery and it was very difficult to find a pillow that didn’t make me wake up with a stiff neck

not the same as the hotel

i was expecting the same level of softness and stability. it is soft, but too soft and seems to collapse. Not the dream pillow i thought it would be! deciding whether to return it or not.

We found the brand at a hotel where I had my best nights sleep in years. I researched the pillows and ordered them. I have neck, back, shoulder issues. I went from sleeping on a rolled up towel and struggling to the best pillow I’ve ever had after trying probably 30 different ones over the years. The product is everything I had hoped it would be. Medium firm down pillows. They were perfect. They compress nicely and are better than your favorite hotel pillow.

Solid yet cushy

Purchased a version of these 10 years ago and it was time for a refresh. Solid pillow but cushy and comy for side sleeping. Comfy now but probably best after a couple months to break in.
