Installation was not easy as a mini-spread unit
This product IS NOT installable with out difficulty as a mini-spread unit with a 4” hole spacing as described on the website. One tough, time consuming JOB! I was able to install but the customer was not pleased by the time taken.
Kingston Brass KB95
I absolutely LOVE the look of this 2 tone- polished brass and chrome mini-set bathroom faucent. I needed the replacement for installation with my new vanity top and wanted to match the existing towel racks, toilet holder,and hooks already installed in my bathroom. I was disheartened when my plumber said it was a "cheap" faucet created by KingstonBrass from pieces of other manufacturers. This would explain how closely it resembled my former Moen faucets. I had even liked it better because the drain is the polished brass instead of the polished chrome I had on my former faucet. I was disappointed that I needed to call in another plumber because handled on my husband's faucet was turning too far around to the back to turn it off. I was glad that Kingston sent me a parts pdf so that IF I needed to order a part under the 10 year guarantee, the plumber would know what to order, i.e. a new cartridge. It ended up that he was able to adjust it but it too was not surprised that after only 2 months I needed him to fix it. I hope we won't have lots of these problems going forward, but at least I know the guarantee will cover it and the company is quick to offer a free parts replacement.
Hardly any water pressure!!
Impossible to install. Water just trickles from the faucet. There is hardly any water pressure.

Relatively easy to install. You need two people to correctly align the faucets and the spout.

Looks great but not very efficient!
Beautiful brass fixtures look great in my bathroom. My problem is the water pressure is not strong enough to meet my needs.
KB95 sink faucet
Looks good and works well. Only adjustment we did was remove the plastic insert that restricts water flow. Thought it did not let water flow in a big enough stream.

Mini Spread Faucet
This is a minispread faucet and works for a 4 in spread. They are heavy and look nice. The spout reach is perfect.
Replacement
It is a beautiful fixture and I love the ease in which you can turn it on and off. It was very difficult for our handyman to install. I might add that he is an expert on this type of thing. It is a replacement for the broken fixture in the master bathroom. I would love to have a matching one on the other side of the bathroom vanity. It was really expensive plus the labor to have it installed made it a very pricey fixture.
