Very Good Steps

It is much easier getting into our hot tub with the 3 steps. We previously had a 2 step with no railing. Much better for my mother. The railings are not as sturdy as I would like, not sure if I would actually lean against the railing. I mostly just use railing for balance.

Cheap , not worth the money

Was excited to purchase this product as I was looking for something to assist me with getting into a higher hot tub. while the third step does assist me more easily into the tub getting out it does not offer any stability. If you grab onto the railings the entire stairs it will flip over, taking you with it i. It is made of cheap molded plastic that is hollow. While the installation was easy and quick, the plastic is cheap and hollow, and while it might be easy to clean it looks like a kids plastic toy. I spent a lot of money on my tub and this next to it just looks ridiculous. Extremely disappointed especially for the money. This was definitely not worth $500. If I could take it apart and find a box to fit it I would send it back I did not have this extra money to spare, but thought I needed to be safe coming out of the tub when I was alone and this does not help me at all.

I used these to make a rental house insurance compliance. IT is a little tacky but worked and a much cheaper solution and quick

It is a bit tough

It is a bit tough to assemble. It takes a lot of heave duty pounding, especially the treads. There were two black plugs and the holes into which they were to be inserted were drilled too small to receive them. Other than that, the unit seems well constructed and designed.

I love this staircase! It makes it easy to get in and out of hot tub. It is sturdy, looks nice and I just hose it off when needed. My son in law and granddaughter put it together. I would recommend.

Perfect height for our spa. Assembly instructions were minimal. It would have helped to know if the support pieces needed to be used in a specific order as 2 if them were slightly different from the other 5. I assumed it didn't matter. Also the effort to 'tap together' the various pieces was difficult until I remembered that applying a slick of liquid soap to each piece being joined trick. The new steps with handrails will make entering and exiting our spa much safer.

Perfect look for our spa. We have a tall spa. We needed steps that are taller than the standard ones that come with a spa. My husband said he had no issues putting this together. He said it was very easy.

Very sturdy. Easy to put together. Love the towel racks and cup holders. Just the right size.

So far very happy with these steps. Assembly was fairly easy, but really need 2 people at least in the beginning. They are sturdy & serve our needs well. My only issues are very small - the plastic plugs for the sidewalls do not fit into the holes at all (they are too big), and the only other concern was that on the handrail there appeared to be a pre-made place for a screw to be installed but it did not line up with the "pre-marked location" on the posts at all. Overall these appear to be well made & easy to assemble.

Using joy soap helped a lot to assembly tight pieces. Had to heat one towel holder with hot water to get it started on the railing post. Very sturdy but instructions should have caution statement about assembling steps as one cracked when attaching it.

Better than what expected. Looks great. Would recommend to anyone thinking about looking for good products at a great price and fast delivery to check out Wayfair.
