Shelves with deep scratches. Only received 4 nails instead of 49 for attaching back piece. Poor delivery by FedEx. They dumped in middle of driveway.

Sometimes you get a hit and sometimes you get what a pay for. In this case it was the latter: a very meh bookcase with a flimsy back.

Office Bookcase

I previously had a Bush bookcase for 13 years and it went through 4 moves. However, on my fifth move it did not make it. So therefore, I had to shop for another bookcase. I did look at other retailers but nothing came close to my Bush bookcase in quality, design and ease of assembly. Also, that would match my Bush desk. (Which by the way made it through the five moves.) This is why I went back to Bush for my purchase. I am a 65 year old female and I assembled this myself. Pictures attached. Thank you Bush for making quality office furniture. :+1::+1::+1::+1::+1:

Fell apart

I bought this on sale. As I was assembling it, as i tried to stand it upright, every one of the cam screws (12) ripped out of their settings, the case collapsed, and is now worthless.

they are beautiful looking and very sturdy -

We bought three of these, they are absolutely gorgeous. The wood feels like it is good quality and overall not too hard to assemble. There is a connecter for attaching them to the wall with a screw, definitely recommended. Pay attention to the weight recommendations (which are quite sturdy) so the shelves don’t buckle or bend. We will probably buy another for for our rec room.

I definitely would not recommend this product. The back is so cheap it is like poster cardboard and bends and looks crummy. I am ashamed I spent money on this.

Good bookcase, needs better packaging?

I bought 3 of these several years ago and liked them so much that I just bought 2 more. The new ones arrived with several scratches in the finish. Don't know if those happened before packaging or during shipment. Didn't have that problem with the previous order. Great bookcase could be better if it arrived unblemished.

Both side panels brokencracked!

Another quality piece of furniture that complements the lovely red mahogany John Louis Closet Systems we purchased from Overstock and installed in all our bedrooms. It was easy to put the bookcase together and it has held up well in my son's room - not an easy task.
