Shelves with deep scratches. Only received 4 nails instead of 49 for attaching back piece. Poor delivery by FedEx. They dumped in middle of driveway.
Sometimes you get a hit and sometimes you get what a pay for. In this case it was the latter: a very meh bookcase with a flimsy back.

Office Bookcase
I previously had a Bush bookcase for 13 years and it went through 4 moves. However, on my fifth move it did not make it. So therefore, I had to shop for another bookcase. I did look at other retailers but nothing came close to my Bush bookcase in quality, design and ease of assembly. Also, that would match my Bush desk. (Which by the way made it through the five moves.) This is why I went back to Bush for my purchase. I am a 65 year old female and I assembled this myself. Pictures attached. Fell apart
I bought this on sale. As I was assembling it, as i tried to stand it upright, every one of the cam screws (12) ripped out of their settings, the case collapsed, and is now worthless.
