The pendant matches other lights nearby and provides good illumination for the hallway. We are very pleased with it. I may add that the electrician who installed it didn't seem to have any difficulties.
The bronze fixture had a antiqued appearance that was not evidenced in the photos online. We have not installed the light yet so I cannot determine if it will blend with other accessories once installed.

The glass "might" not be 100% level. Either the glass rim isn't completely flat or the hole that you use to attach the light fixture and lock nut is slightly too large causing the glass to not sit right.
Great solution for a moisture problem.....yes...in a bathroom
I had a ceiling globe light in the bathroom that was gathering moisture and I was scared of a fire. Talked to several construction and plumbing guys who did not know why it was happening. Got a dehumidifier and it pulled moisture out of the air but light was still gathering moisture. I have a double roof and ceiling was not wet, changed the type of light bulb and nothing worked. I decided on this pendent light with globe that faces downward so it should not gather moisture. It seems to be working. It is very well made, attractive and the price point was good. I did have to cut chain to only 2 or 3 links for the height. Chain and wiring was plenty lone for any application. It seems to have solved the issue. It would be beautiful in any room in the house but I really like it because it did the job I needed it to do. Used in pairs over a dining table would be awesome too.
