this is such a nice rug! the colors are great and it really brightens up the bedroom. So fun! Glad I purchased and it was well worth the wait! (it was backordered)

The carpet is absolutely stunning. We were going to put it in a study upstairs but the moment we laid it out, we realised it’s pretty enough for the living room. It’s not too think to worry about holding dust and not so thin that it looks cheap. It feels soft, and the colors are just very pretty. If you’re on the fence, I say buy it! And I say this as someone whose order arrived 5 months after I placed it (they told me immediately that it’s delayed) so I was in half a mind to return it, but it was too pretty to return!

My runner rug arrived in a stiff shrink wrap that was too tight to the product. I couldn't remove it with my bare hands and I risked damaging it if I were to use a pair of scissors or a utility knife. I tried to go through the returns process but the only option given was to list it as damaged, which required photos. Because the package was unopened, the rug wasn't visible so my 3 photos weren't accepted! My only option was to wait until someone came to visit who could safely get it open. When I finally got to the rug, I discovered there was far less blue in it than shown online. And because it's now been over 30 days, Wayfair won't allow me to send it back. If you are looking for a rug with pops of blue, as the name suggests, don't buy this one. It is far more purple than blue.

Shipping Date Incorrect

Rugs Direct's website said this rug would ship in 2-3 months. A day later the website said it was available to ship now. I ordered. I then received an email that the estimated ship date was 9 weeks away.

Beautiful and great quality, should last a very long time. Hard to vacuum - a broom or handheld vacuum with less sucking power works better and get a cushioned liner if you want it to feel cushy underfoot. Doesn’t stain, cat vomit etc removes easily without ruining it!

Long wait - uneven rugs

I ordered two runners and finally received them after a two-month wait. I knew they weren't in stock at order but the ship date kept getting pushed to the future - at one point the estimate was FOUR months.The worst part is I finally received these rugs and, although I like the pattern, the quality control is awful. One rug is very crooked on the end and is a full EIGHT inches shorter than the other.
