GREAT rug!!

Exceeded expectations! I love how flat it lays and how it has a clean look. The black border at a modern touch that compliments our transitionL casual style. Very feng shui for a front door entry (circle shape for energy flow). Even my kids who are tough critics said it looks really good!

Easy to keep

Really like this rug in my bedroom. I ordered the caramel colored border.

The Sisal Rug looks nice in the home. My Dad is very pleased with the material and appearance.

Very nice rug. Works for me. It’s medium soft to walk on with bare feet and seem to hold up well by the door as you exit and enter. Very durable I think. Had trouble getting two matching ones in a larger and a smaller size. That was disappointing for me.

Disappointing Incorrect Sized Rug

I ordered an 8' x 8' size sisal rug, which should have be 96" x 96". It is 90" x 91" -- I am very disappointed. The companion rug I bought for the adjoining space was precisely the right size so I don't know what the problem is here.

Wrong size

I bought this rug to replace an old rug. Bought the same size, but it seemed a little smaller. I assumed I had made a mistake in the ordering and we just managed with the rug. My dog had a bad accident and the rug is not salvageable so I am shopping for a new rug and see that what I previously ordered was supposed to be an 8' round. I went to measure and discovered that my 8' round rug wasn't even 7'!! I see another reviewer had the same problem so I will not purchase a Safavieh rug again, especially if I can't count on the return shipping being covered.

Love this sisal rug! Durable and perfect for our family room.

This rug did okay. It did not hold up very long for us. Other customers could have a different experience, so unfortunately I can't recommend this product

I ordered a 9x12 rug. It came folded in half and then rolled. The rug has a crease the length of the rug. Will the crease go away or is it permanent? If it's permanent then I would like to return the rug. Is there a customer care email or number to call? I gave it one star until the crease issue is resolved. Without the crease it would have 4 stars.

Good rug for the price!

The rug lays nicely and has a built in rubber backing so it doesn't slip. The edging gives a little pop of contrast which I used to tie in my darker furniture and lighter flooring. The price is good too.

Too big to return.

I fell for the price point but would invest in something better next time. The many creases (more like bumps) do not subside no matter what- I’m thinking they may be permanent at this point. It looks very sloppy, like someone threw down a blanket, not a rug. Also the sisal color is much lighter and more yellow than the photos, it truly does look like “maize”.

Looks nice but does not stay put in one spot - crawls badly

Beautiful and warms up the wood floors

absolutely love my new rug, it looks great under our huge table and warms up our dining space. It DID NOT have any odor and it flattened out quickly.

Nice but size is smaller than 8x10.

Nice rug. Latex backing helps stiffen the rug which is a plus. Not too rough. However, the dimensions are a few inches smaller than 8x10. It measured around 7'6" x 9'8". It did not cover my 8x10 rug pad. Returned it.

Good rug for price.

Good quality rug. Exactly as described. Heavy rug in large size but looks great and should hold up well over time. I am very happy with this purchase.

Casual rug

Adds a nice casual air to any room.we have had this rug for two years and are happy with its durability.

A little rough in more ways than one...

I like the look and price of the rug for its size but it is really rough- somewhat painful to walk on barefoot. I have had plenty of sisal, jute, seagrass and other natural fiber rugs and none of them have every felt this uncomfortable. Also, the edges aren't very straight, the backing started crumbling off immediately and created a mess and some fibers started coming up after a day or so. I rolled this the opposite direction for twice as long as instructed and still couldn't get rid of the creases. For a temporary rug or a rug in a casual area where you wear something on your feet it works but I don't expect it to last long. If it didn't weigh a ton I would have returned it. I got the 9 x 12 but a smaller size might be more manageable.

A great rug at an affordable price. This is my second and I will come back when it wears out.

This rug is ok, its hard to sweep and vacuum off. It stuck in the small pockets of the rug.
