Church/house renovation

We purchased 6 of these for our restoration project we are making a 150 year old church our home all of the original lights had been stolen. These lights look so good and were such a great deal from Build.com the shipping was fast and everything was packed very well.

100% perfect

We have an eat in kitchen and this was perfect in design and size and light. Installation was simple enough.

Pretty but HORRIBLE design

nice to look at BUT hanging the globe from the fixture with the 3 brass arms is a highly frustrating experience and the glode does not hang secure It is such a stupid design that I can not even bother to try to explain it. I could not explain it if I tried. My thoughts were that if ever I got them hung, the first time I would try to chang a bulb the globes would detach from the hangers so easily that they would crash to the floor in pieces.

Satisfactory

Really like the fixture, it is everything it was advertised as. The bowl arrived cracked and it took 3 tries to get one that arrived in one piece. That said, the customer service at Lighting Direct was phenominal. They worked with us until we were satisfied. I just wish we did not have to go through it.
