Great products. Poor inventory control.

Faucets came with incompatible riser hoses. I had to buy separately through Amazon. For that reason, it took the plumbers two trips to install.

Lack of Quality control costs me hundreds of dollars

The faucet is lovely. But along with the faucet, in a sealed box direct from Kohler, were the wrong parts for the faucet. My plumber, who charges almost $300/hr, had to spend more than 30 minutes working with your customer service to have the correct parts sent to me. And I had to pay him for a second trip to my home to install it. It was a mistake that cost me hundreds of dollars and never should have happened. No quality control, to make sure the right stuff goes in the box!

Great Product

Great water flow and the color is spot on for a bronze gold look. The install was simple and the bold look is exactly what we were looking for in our bathroom. The price on Overstock was perfect and I would highly recommend this product.

Very quality, beautiful faucet.

We remodeled our master bathroom two years ago and used this faucet for both sinks. It is so strong and so beautiful. We are now moving unexpectedly and I ordered the same faucets for my new master bathroom. They are gorgeous. $$$$

Great quality, some issues

I just had the two faucets installed yesterday after an October purchase, delay caused by construction of course. First let me say definitely order directly from Koehler. Online or on toll free number. Their service is great and problems are quickly solved later. Plus they’ll price match or run discounts. I ordered 2 and one came in damaged. They matched my original discounted price and sent me a new one within a week because replacement parts were unavailable. I was told to keep the damaged one for spare parts which was lucky, because at installation the plumber found another piece had a small scratch finish flaw and the one spout was missing the entire aerator mouth piece. Luckily both parts needed were undamaged in the extra one I kept so installation was completed without a hitch. The quality is fabulous and the finish is great. I easily clean them and keep them spot free with just the wipe of a microfiber cloth. The sinks don’t do them justice, but that’s a job for another day when the supply chain returns to normal.

Nice looking and very good quality. The weight of this unit is triple the less expensive stuff. Solid brass with beautiful bright chrome finish. Very rugged and durable with great looks.

Handsome and sturdy

I recently (2019) completed a renovation of 3 bathrooms in a home that was built 10 years ago. I opted to keep the Margaux two brushed nickel faucets and shower trim sets from the original build, as they were in great shape. I purchased the Margaux polished nickel set for the third bathroom. I have had absolutely no issue with any of the three sets. Admittedly, I used a small amount of Wenol metal polish on the brushed nickel sets to remove any old water marks or oils and they look like brand new. I'm not sure about the reviewer Pineridge having an issue with the finish coming off but it may be the result of a careless plumber. As far as the noise, it doesn't sound different from any other Rohl, Newport Brass or Grohe faucet I own. Relating to the noise, perhaps Pineridge has an issue with the water supply/piping in their walls? Net-net, this is a beautiful faucet with a stately appearance. Definitely recommend.

DISGUSTING

It had been used. Dirty and still had plumbers putty on it. I returned it for full credit.

Price is right

Price was exactly right and very competitive, and delivery was perfect. We did not have to wait for anything to complete the work.

Very noisy faucet and finish is coming off

We used this product line in 2 complete bathroom remodels finished in May 2018. The faucets are very, very noisy and annoying to anyone even in rooms that are far away from the bathrooms. The finish looks like it is starting to wear off. At this price point this should not be the case. I have a video of the noise.

Needed a tweak

Nice solid faucet but very low water flow. Was able to swap out the air rater and it made a huge difference. Also, faucet does get water spots.

Excellent Quality

I bought 2 of these faucets for my master bathroom renovation. The quality is outstanding and even though they are expensive faucets by any standard, they are incredibly well made. The manufacturing process is pretty complex if you look closely at them... well worth the money for long term use. I had previously purchased a Kohler faucet for my half bath about 11 years ago and it still operates to a high standard and it looks new today.
