Strait wood tile looks great, but delivery and handling is terrible. Ordered 10 boxes on 9-14-24. Received 10 boxes in 3 cartons. One carton of 4 boxes were broken, returned to Home Depot then reordered. Received Colonial White as replacement for broken tiles. Returned again to Home Depot. Asked for expedited shipment because scheduled installation was after estimated arrival. Store said they could only request from Home Depot.com. The request for expedited shipment was refused by Home Depot.com. Good tiles have been installed but will have to reschedule tile installer. Not sure about kitchen upgrade delay?

Order double what you need because half of the boxes came completely smashed. But overall I love the tile! Came out great!

it all came shattered - give me back my money you thieves. you sent me over 40 boxes of shattered tiles.

Once the tile was installed on the wall it was easy to see that half of the tiles were discolored and had a blue tint to them. Home Depot obviously doesn’t check to ensure each project all comes from the same dye lot and the stickers covered it on the packaging. I had to demo all the tile, put up new drywall, buy a more expensive tile, and now pay for a second installation. No one was willing to help me out with any of the cost, and the manufacturer didn’t even respond to me. It’s been a horrible experience and significantly delayed my project on top of it.

Loved it makes my kitchen look so much better! Would recommend if youre looking for something traditional with a bit of character.

Purchased this for my stall shower. It’s beautiful tile. I love the ‘handmade’ look it gives because of the somewhat ‘wavy’ surface and edges. I chose a deep blue and white accent tile and a white/gray/tan pebble floor for the shower as well. It’s all coming together for a new look.

Terrible packing and off color

I originally ordered 9 boxes. Most arrived shattered, and 1 box was off color. I reordered twice and both shipments arrived shattered. The tile boxes were old and dirty. They had obviously been in the warehouse for a long time and tossed around with no care. The shipping boxes were not damaged, but there was not enough filler inside.

Not as flawed and not true matte

We loved this tile, but after installation it wasn’t as “flawed” as the pictures showed and not a true matte finish as we wanted. There is still a shine to the tile, so that was our biggest disappointment with the product. Also, not a true bright white, but more of a creamy white. Overall, would still recommend as it is a quality tile. Side note, we bought platinum color grout and it was blue/gray so we had to use grout renew charcoal for darker grout.
