KOHLER'S QUALITY CONTROL AND PACKAGING HORRIBLE

Dealing with Build/Ferguson/Kohler has been a messy clown show. First tub arrived damaged in shipping -- packing obviously insufficient to protect it; replacement now arrived and it has damaged components installed at factory. In both cases, despite being told would have shipping notice, had none: emails at 3 am saying tub arriving next day, no way to contact shipper to get time, coordinate receipt nothing.

Not impressed

The tub overall looks good, but the installation instructions were vague and could have been better. The way the pump is mounted looks haphazard. It looks like it was slapped together. I mean really for $3300 that the kind of attention to detail I get. It's not even level. The underside is supported by particle board, which I don't' think would do well if it got wet.

Plumbing cover not properly made

Got Tun installed and the only thing left was to put the cover on that covers the plumbing underneath. It was not fitted properly causing it to crack. Very disappointed in the craftsmanship for such an expensive tub.

I really want to love this tub! We haven't even used it yet since we are mid-construction. Already had the front panel crack in multiple places while gently trying to remove it. Also - one of the jets leak. So waiting for someone to call to arrange to fix it.

DO NOT BUY !!!! I paid $1900 for this and it was installed and custom tile surround was done. The front panel broke and Home Depot said the only way to get the part is to return the tub. That is not an option since it will cost thousands to remove re do all the tile and plumbing. VERY CHEAPLY MADE
