Terrible

The sheets were terrible. Thin and horribly wrinkly right out of the dryer. Don't waste your money. Comforter was slightly better but thin. Don't expect them to last at all. We've purchased The Big One brand of bedding sets that were much softer and better quality but sadly when placing our order this time they weren't anywhere to be found on the site. Will go back to those in the future if they are back in stock.

Great comforter!

I love my new comforter! I tend to sleep hot and this does not make me sweat at night. I'm so happy with my purchase. I would recommend this comforter to all the hot sleepers out there.

Nice Comforter: soft and comfy

Nice comforter for the price. One side is super soft, the other side is a tad rough but nothing that is a huge problem. The sheets that come with it are lightweight, soft and will be perfect for those warm nights. I ordered the maroon and it's a nice color. I'm not sure about the cooling part because it has been under 60 and can't really tell.

Fine, but not special

I wanted a comforter that would be cooler for summer months now that I live in a warmer and more humid climate.

I like it.

I ordered the Burgandy color. Its light on one side and dark on the other. Thr shams have a zipper. Its delicate so be careful when zipping your pillow up in them. The lighter side is not as soft as the darker side. It fit my bed great. Only took star off due to fabric on one side not as soft as the dark side. Was a good buy.

still swear and white sheets are dumb

I still get hot with this set, not as bad as before, but I still wake up sweating. It is because I am “a lady of a certain age”, but I was hoping that would solve my night sweat issues. Also, white sheets? Seriously? Just no. There needs to be a set with another sheet color option. Honestly, it lost the star based on sheet color alone.

Terrible

This set was supposed to be a mid-range price option for covering the three guest beds in my home. When the packages arrived, I was surprised at how small they were. Everything was rolled together tightly. The comforters are as thin as a light blanket. The sheets are the worst quality imaginable and were stained from the dye from the comforter they were rolled in. Terrible quality. I’d give it a zero if that were an option!

Complete comforter set with sheets

I bought this set for my husband to use at his deer camp. He absolutely loves the way they keep him warm but don’t cause him to sweat. They are the softest sheets and very durable when washed. They surprisingly are awesome.

cooling comforter

I purchased the comforter going off the picture and thought it would fit going down the sides of my king bed . Was kind of disappointed when it appears the hubby and I will be having our nightly battle for the comforter. It only went about 2 inches down the sides. The colors are nice though one side is soft and the other definitely ruff but other then the size quite not being a king it’s nice.

Disappointing the quality is not 100%

Very soft and cool as advertised, great for the summer months. When I got this in the mail it did have a couple of loose strings which initially didn't bother me I just cut them but I continued to use it and wash more loose strings and overall quality was not as advertised. I don't think it will be overall will last me a long time but in the meantime I'm enjoying it, just disappointed it was pricey and didn't hold up as I expected it to.

Not impressed

I’ve purchased roughly 15 of these Serta cooling comforters. In the beginning I loved them but the last 3 I have had issues with . Mainly, there are huge hard lumps that won’t go away all the way across the top of the comforter. Big, bulky, hard lumps. I am bed bound and my skin is very sensitive …not sure I’ll ever buy another as they aren’t especially cheap and the lumps just make it altogether not worth it . :(

Poor quality and dissatisfaction

The comforter is Great! The sheets are horrible. After washing them and using them twice, they have fuzz balls all over them and that makes them very uncomfortable. I just bought them not even a month ago. I am so disappointed in the quality. Things are too high to be paying for poor quality. I will not be using them again or purchasing Serta sheets again.

Not what i expected

The comforter isnt bad; not amazing but at least it looks good. The sheets are a complete joke though. So thin I can see through to the mattress protector I have on the bed, and white is not a color I'd want for bed sheets. I should have researched more before selecting this item. Yes, I could return it but I was in need of new bedding for summer so this will suffice and eventually turn into guest room bedding when I'm ready to try again.

Comforter Set Pros and Cons

The comforter is great; thick but breathable and looks very nice. However, the stitching is already coming undone at the foot of the comforter with regular washing after using only a few months. The sheets are breezy, but tends to pill and get little fuzzies on the sheet that stick to my feet sometimes. Overall happy with the decorative design but slightly dissatisfied with the quality of the product.
