Came in so many pieces. Took a couple hours to assemble but it’s very cute

The product was exactly as described and easy to assemble.

Lovely finished product. It took my husband 5 hours to assemble and he did need a drill for the last 4 screws. Just be aware that it’s not made to put a TV on. There are other types that are made for that purpose. Pleased with the look.

We bought this fireplace to add ambiance to our bedroom and love it. The price was excellent, install was pretty easy, and love the look.

I loved this fireplace, it looks so nice and cozy in my place! Easy to install, came in two separate boxes, heavy btw, shipped really quick. It heats pretty great, fire light is beautiful and changes colors. Maybe a bit pricey for regular price but as I bought on sale, it worked out fine. I recommend!

This fireplace was so easy to put together! The instructions are clear It took me about an hour to put it together! It heats up my living room very well! It’s gorgeous! Flame is beautiful!

Easy to assemble and looks just like the photo!

Good piece. Sturdy and easy to assemble. My only cons are that the wood top looks fake and so does the flame when you turn the fireplace on. Also please make sure you realize this is NOT real shiplap. It's fiberboard.

We love this fireplace but the directions were very confusing because 2 of the parts were mislabeled (numbers upside down and no arrow indicators) so assembly took several hours beyond original estimated times. We did call customer service and sent pictures. They tried to be helpful but only offered to send new parts and more hardware. We finally figured out the problem but it took soooo long.We did follow up by calling back and sharing identified labeling error. So hopefully the company will correct before packing and shipping future orders.

got it to add ambiance to a little studio/casita, did not want a shelf or console table, it is so perfect and pretty AND it can really warm up the space!

Very Nice Fireplace

This unit came packaged extremely well. There were no damaged parts at all. Instructions are very easy to follow. Went together in about an hour. Very realistic flames and have 5 different choices of flame color. Heater works very well. Very happy with this purchase.

Perfect in every way!

I received with missing parts. Went through hell with customer service and now that I want to return the fireplace they want to charge me $77, instead of accountability for the mistakes that has been made with this order. Also the fireplace doesn’t not have a remote. Very inconvenient, very unhappy, very poor service.

My concern for item is the front panels have some gaps in between them. My husband said they had to have the gaps because it wouldn’t reach top for assembly without those gaps. I see them and I am trying to figure out if I can fill them w wood filler and paint or if I should just leave it.

All I can say is that this fireplace is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! I love that it has the option to just use the flames and no heat unless I wanted to. It was worth the money!

Perfect for my office to add some good ambiance!

Not sure if I am just getting more familiar with following these assembly directions, :-) but this fireplace seemed relatively easy and fast compared to other pieces (TV console, bar chairs) that I have put together with such orders. The fireplace functions nicely, and the ship lap and wood mantle match my space perfectly. This is a great way to easily warm up a space at low cost.
