Mediocre

We installed this faucet January of 2020. After 4.5 years, it’s not holding up great. 2 years in, the black matte coating on the faucet handle where the H and C are, has chipped off. Same issue around the handheld sprayer. When you pull down on the detachable sprayer it does not retract very well. If you want something aesthetically pleasing, sure. But if you want something to last, pass on this.

No warranty

We purchased multiple products from Vigo hoping they will last … we were wrong , I'm extremely disappointed with this kitchen faucet. Started leaking and spraying water all over countertop, the customer service team refused to replace it despite multiple complaints. Save your money and avoid the frustration. They do not honor the warranty.

looks pretty but feels cheap

I’ve had this faucet for a year now in my kitchen, it is sleek and good looking, and the water pressure is great (both modes, the sprayer and regular) but overall it feels sort of cheap. I realize it when I use a faucet at someone else’s house and they always feel sturdier and the metal heavier-duty. The handle on mine is constantly loosening (it screws on) and I find myself tightening it once a week. The paint has also chipped where the handle screws on. It’s fine for now, but I will replace it someday with something in the same price category thats much better made.

Functions very well, seems to be good quality out of the box. One reviewer had mentioned the sort of “click-lock” feature to secure the faucet head in its resting position and I hadn’t appreciated that for me, personally, this might be more of a nuisance than a benefit because it can take a little extra time and effort to pull the hose out or return the faucet head after use. Overall happy with the purchase but that may be a consideration with many similar options out there.

loved it until all the paint peeled off!

I LOVE Vigo appliances and consider myself a big fan of theirs but im super bummed sbout how much the paint has chipped on our kitchen sink! At first just a tiny bit appeared to be scratched off but then more snd more has started to come off! Weve now had it for almost 4 years but will need to replace it before we rent out our house unfortunately. Im hesitant to reorder another one, even though the style is perfect for our kitchen bevause i dont want the same thing to happen when we rent it out. I shoild have reached out right when it first happened months after getting it, but i thought it wouldnt bother me or be that bad. But now its definitely something we have to fix! Such a bummer!

Slick

I purchased the black VIGO for our kitchen sink, (we just refinished our cabinets in Black, yes Black, and it looks elegant, and unlike white it is easy to keep clean) and we are very pleased with the facet. It is very sleek and fits in nicely with our kitchen decor. I gave it a 4 and not a 5 because the handle for turning the water on/off is a bit delicate and I am a bit heavy handed, therefore, I have to be mindful to be gentle when using, otherwise it is a 5 star, Also, it was an easy install, took about 30 minutes.

I really like thia faucet. It is a beautiful stainless steel color and matches my kitchen beautifully. The quality is nice and seems really durable. If you are on the fence, get it. You won't be disappointed.

All the quality went into the packaging and not the item...

I spent a lot of time researching faucets. All I wanted was a quality pull-down with metal surfaces, not plastic. The reviews led me to believe this was fairly high quality and had a metal pull-down head. It does not. The head is plastic like all the other ones, but what is more of an issue is the rest of the build. The entire unit pivots just above the handle and as it does, it wobbles. That is, it doesn't smoothly and securely rotate. It sorta sways like an old tree that is about to fall over on your new car. And the action on the handle is a bit off. The whole thing just feels to be of a lower quality than what I was expecting. I generally buy Hansgrohe and Grohe and I should have stayed with my old friends. The irony is the Vigo packaging looks really great. It is just filled with what appears to be crap. I have no doubt that this unit will break and I will be crawling under my new countertops to swap this thing out in 12 to 24 months. I hope that I am wrong.

You get what you pay for, OK for the price.

Looks nice. We wanted a clean modern brushed gold finish faucet and this hit the mark in that regard. The sprayer works well to rinse but is really difficult to get back into the faucet. The plastic braided hose does not slid in and out smoothly. I fear it won't last. The weight they send to help pull it back in had a cracked latch like many of the reviews here.

Beautiful Matte black pull-down spray faucet! Tired of the brushed nickel look so we decided our 8 year old delta was done. Read the reviews for this (never heard of) VIGO brand faucet and decided to give it a try. Sooo easy to install and so far so good. Only had it for 24 hours. Only catch was that the cold water position, which is up, hits our window sill so we had to adjust the positioning of the faucet a little.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE

Purchased this faucet for my laundry room remodel. It goes so well with the black sink and granite counter tops. The tall gooseneck allows a bucket to fill easily, single handle control is a great feature when your hands are dirty. Can't say enough about the pull-out spray...I use it all the time. All this quality for such a fabulous price...you can't go wrong with ordering this one.

Gorgeous but Lacks Function

This faucet looks spectacular; however, does not function well. Love: The design and matte black color look amazing! It makes my older kitchen look so much better! Water pressure is nice and strong in both modes. Price was great. Issues: The weight under the sink will not clasp properly and falls off. I had to use tape to keep it on the hose. The pull down feature does not retract properly. I don't mind having to guide it back into place, but it is a struggle to get the notches to match up and click in. I don't want to go to the trouble of uninstalling and returning it because I love the way it looks, but I'm thinking about it because it's difficult to use. I sent a message to customer support. Looking forward to hearing back.

So impressed!

We bought the VIGO Greenwich faucet in brushed gold and it is both stunning and very powerful. The water stream is strong and the build quality feels expensive. We are so impressed as this was our first purchase from VIGO. Be careful with which one you get as we ordered the Gramercy first and realized it didn’t have the spray function, even though the description said it did. The Greenwich has the button to toggle between stream and spray. It’s been installed for two weeks now and so far so good. Would definitely recommend.

Sleek but issues retracting

This was a huge improvement over our dated pullout faucet but it's not perfect. I did go for the added soap dispenser which we use daily and is easy to refill (just pull out the pump, doesn't need to be unscrewed or anything). The pics show real life use where it doesn't retract all the way. I forced it a few times and tried to adjust the weight under the sink but it's not worth it. A plumber installed it so I'm confident it is not a result of installation. The spray doesn't go incredibly wide and the button for it has slowly progressed to being on the side rather than the baci had the handle installed with he got and cold directions facing the user because I have small children, a husband who doesn't listen and the hot water shows up fast.

If I could give negative stars, I would!! The description clearly states SPRAYER. There is no sprayer and, when I called the company, they admitted there is no sprayer. There is also no way to convert to sprayer. We paid $300 for installation and then had to take it out and return it. The installation was very difficult and taking it out was no cake walk. I would never purchase from this company again.

Didn't last 2 months of normal use

I'm very frustrated by this faucet. I hoped it would be a durable, well made faucet based one the description and the reviews. We installed it barely 2 months ago in our kitchen and it's already wearing out in a couple of different ways.

Looks great

Have only been using the faucet for a few weeks but so far so good. It looks great, good water pressure, and good stream to spray. Wish the head pulled out further so that I could fill my coffee maker but sufficient for spraying down my large sink. Does not retract easily and needs to be placed back into position. Overall seems like good quality and looks great in our new kitchen. Hoping the matte black finish holds up.

Very disappointed in the quality. As others have mentioned, the pull down sprayer doesn't retract all the way, which forces you to push it in the last half inch or so after every use. Super annoying. Will likely have to replace it. This product looks great, but that is about it. Wish I had gone with a more established brand like we have in other parts of the house.

We purchased this faucet for our new home. Just past the first year of use, something came loose inside and the pressure was restricted and it made a whistling noise. I reached out to Vigo technical and they believed air was getting in the line. I disconnected and reconnected the water supply lines 2 times to verified this was not the case. The tech department quit responding to me and offered no further assistance, replacement, or recourse. For that reason I will never purchase any Vigo products again. It’s a shame because it is a beautiful faucet.

Great Faucet but the sprayer is Plastic

Let me start by saying I ordered this online and did not get to feel it before I bought it. The whole faucet feels really good and works great. My biggest complaint is that the sprayer that pulls down is plastic. It just feels cheap. We are going to return it and find something else. We love this style and may not find something else like it but I don’t want a cheap feeling plastic sprayer on our expensive looking faucet.
