Seems fine, but the finish does not match the sample the contractor gave me for Champagne Bronze. We'll see when the faucets he ordered arrive whether this matches the actual faucet. . .

It is missing the part #7 and will not hold the shower massager in place. Either send me another holder or the missing ring.

Exactly what I needed to replace the suction cup model I was using. The suction cup failed every few weeks which allowed the handheld shower head to free-fall onto my head or crash to the floor of my shower during the night.

I've only had it for a short time but it seems to perform as advertised. I particularly like the range of motion up-and-down into the right and left. And while that ranges not great it is enough. It was a good substitute for the bulkiness of a long sliding bar.
