Clean lines and works great.

Purchased this faucet a little over a month ago and love the clean lines and overall look and functions. Used the view in your space before purchasing it. Have used Kohler products previously and never been disappointed.

Touchless never worked, hard to make it stop dripping

The touchless function never worked, despite all efforts of a very qualified installer. I didn't wan't to return it and kept using just with the manual lever which was ok for the first 6 months, then the situation just gets worse as time passes, now it is very difficult to fully close it, it keeps dripping and you have to bring the lever to a "fully closed" position very softly, otherwise it bounces back a little which is just enough for it to drip.

Attractive but an issue

It’s an attractive faucet. But there is a button I think is supposed to hold the flow of water and it does nothing. There was a delay in getting it installed and I don’t think it’s under warrantee anymore

Not happy as I had expected with Kohler

I purchased this model as a replacement to a competitor’s faucet after 20 years with the other brand. Three months in and I’m already unhappy. The water boost button has been stuck in position and not functioning properly. It’s working but not great and this is a nuisance as I now need to find a replacement and discuss with customer service. If it needs to be replaced and it will , now that adds additional costs to an already expensive item. It also shows every fingerprint and smudge - need to clean after use .

Love it. The angle of the faucet ensures I'm not getting overspray at the front of the sink. This is a moderately priced faucet of this style. Can't imagine a more expensive one being better- this one is fantastic.

Terrible design!

Very sleek looking, but the arc of the goose neck is narrower than the standard. Therefore the water comes out close to the back of the sink. I need to slightly bend over so that my arms can reach out to wash anything. I worry about splashing water on the back splash every time I use the faucet. (I am average height, 5’5.”) For such an expensive faucet I expected more. Truly disappointed.

Not the quality I expect from Kohler

The original didn’t last 6 months before it began leaking from the base (luckily we had a rubber spill guard under the sink). The replacement has two issues: the first was minor in that the “boost” is stuck on….I prefer this anyways. The second is that the magnetic holder is loose and now the faucet is left dangling. This one didn’t make it a year.

Water spots make the faucet look like it’s always dirty

The faucet is very nice, and I like the flow controls. The high-pressure flow really helps to clean off plates. This is supposedly fingerprint proof, but it is not water spot proof. Whenever we use the faucet, if water splashes on it, it will show as if stains are on the faucet. I am constantly wiping it down so it doesn’t look dirty.

Short life and Quality Overrated

My kitchen was remodeled last spring. It hasn’t had a a lot of use because I live alone. The sprayer is clearly leaking all over the place when I turn on the water and it’s unsafe to use the hot water now because I’ve been scolded once. Very expensive faucet that is clearly very poor quality and it sells on aesthetics alone. If you want something to last this is not the unit to buy.

Started to chip less than 4 months

We wanted a beautiful black sink for our new kitchen remodel and we wanted the best quality for it, we bought everything from Kohler and now everything is chipping, even the sink strainer, this is so sad because it wasn't cheap at all, now our beautiful sink looks horrible. Bad quality for a brand name.

Quality is apparent from this heavy, well constructed faucet. Pull out sprayer retracts well and handle moves easily on and off. Relied on positive past Koehler purchases when deciding on this purchase and am glad I did.

Liked it so much I bought 2!

Remodeled kitchen and went with Tone for kitchen and bar sink. Also purchased Tone accessories, knob and pulls, to match. Kohler soap dispenser also purchased. You can feel the quality in all the products. The sprays on the faucets are extremely functional. Love everything about Tone!

disappointed beyond belief with Kohler

Love the design, loved the faucet - when it worked. But ~12 months into owning this faucet, due to a craftsmanship defect a weld failed and the faucet broke in half. worse yet, Kohler's "customer service" line was so busy it just hangs up on you. The online chat function resulted in being told it isn't covered under warranty because it is broken...no kidding! That's what happens with poor craftsmanship! things break!

Design is not functional

For over 30 plus years I only used Kohler products in my multiple houses. My recent purchases included a Kohler kitchen sink and the Tone faucet. Waited for the Tone faucet for over 75 days. Finally, after professional installation and a few weeks of use, it shows that it was not the best purchase. The spray head extends only 4" towards the sink ( even though there is a minimal gap between the sink and the base of the faucet) so basically, the working area to wash even a small glass is compromised. I am basically washing small objects almost against the back wall of the sink, not to mention spraying all over the counter. 7-13/16" is not enough for the spray head to be closer to the center of the sink, it basically is very close to the wall back wall of the sink.

Great product. Ordered online and came quick and in pristine conduction. It is very sturdy feeling and has a nice hard finish. The handle moves in such a manner that it does not interfere with any obstruction behind (windowsill etc) as its’ resting positions are upright and forward.

Kohler faucet has been excellent finish to function.

Great experience, from order to arrival, and faucet quality. I really would order this faucet again, and from Build. The installation went in easily, and the instructions were very complete. Everyone who visit my home have been amazed at how beautiful and how nice the features are of the faucet.

Excellent price - Quality Faucet

This faucet was better than I expected. Fast shipping, good quality, and a fair price. I would purchase this faucet again. I do hope that it can last many years without repairs. That has been a major problem on past faucets from other manufacturers. I hope this one can go the distance as it is very nice.

I got my faucet in the mail and had my husband install it that day. Very easy installation for intermediate experience. I had to get a few parts at hardware store to complete due to the plumbing is original from the 1970's. We have a vintage porcelain sink and it actually looks and functions really well. Love it
