Item appears to be good quality. Installation was easy and direction's were simple to follow. No issues with any leaks and black was purchased. There are no issues with spotting or being dirty as stated in other reviews

The matte black finish is perfect for the colors we chose.

hoping for more from delta

works fine but not as smooth as I was hoping from delta, and the drain plug lever doesn't seat very easily

We updated our powder room and wanted to tie some existing hardware in with a new faucet. This one has been working great. I love how the pull for the drain is a bit hidden in the back, giving it a clean look. The spout is out further than our last one, which is exactly what I was looking for with young kids who can't reach very far. Would recommend so far.

We used this line of delta In all of our bathrooms when updating our ten year old house. So far that are holding up great. It was easy to change out the existing delta faucets for these delta faucets because they had the same trim kits. The black finish is nice and after 9 months of us not showing any wear. Great!
