Works Well and Spray is Substantial

Easy to install and works great. There are 3 modes. 1) shower head on 2) handheld faucet on or 3) both on at same time. I move very little in the shower because this gets the soap off so easily!!! Plenty of spray!!

The product arrived the next day using the standard shipping option. The product itself is fantastic. It's made of a sturdy plastic. At first I was disapponted because I thought it was going to be metal, but I'm over that because of its great performance. I love the mist setting.

Hate this design

If you have hard water beware. I try and clean it monthly byt the scale builds up so that the handheld is dripping constantly. Also the water pressure is very low. Thought I would love this arrangement and instead really hate it. The bathroom was remodeled a year ago.

Moen is the best in the market......your pricing was considerably cheaper than buying direct....a Moen representative told me that they could not match your price.

nice head & spray only has flow control no pause

other review commented on not having enough room for wrench. slide the plastic bushing up over shower arm and any wrench fits the metal collar. I found the quality to be very good and the diverter a breeze to switch as was the flow control on the head and handheld... HOWEVER MOEN MODIFY THE FLOW CONTROL ON THE HEAD TO PAUSE!! this is an exceptionally well defined unit... what engineering would it have taken to add the pause to the flow control slide? Will probably add a simple push button to the hose and live with it for now, because I really like the design and quality

Great to use. Install harder than it should be.

We love using this upgrade from a twenty year old fixed Moen head. Infinity settings works great. If you follow the instructions it is difficult to install because the flats on the brass connector are too narrow with little room for an adjustable wrench. Best to disconnect the head and use a narrow wrench. Wrench size should be in instructions. It then becomes very easy. The construction has very little metal unlike the old head that had an all metal body. Plastic will likely affect durability.
