3 Function Diverter serves function I wanted

This component works the way I had intended: I wanted to run the tub spout, showerhead and handheld shower off the same diverter. A couple of things I don't like: I bought brushed nickel, and it really shows water spots. I will have to search for some kind of cleaning product or coating I can potentially apply to help with this. Also, I don't like how the top lever which controls where the water comes out, is slightly 'off' of straight down to turn the water off. I don't know if this is an installation issue or if the item is defective, or this is how it's supposed to be. But being slightly off bothers me.
