This is a high quality combination lock for your door! It works very good and is super easy to use and install!

I found out that zigbee and zwave are not compatible and not the same. I returned the product because I needed zwave. I wish the package description was more clear.

5 years and dead.

The builder installed this lock (without the Zeebee smart connection) to all the entry doors in our condo building 5 years ago. Mine just died. The mechanics are perfect, the batteries are new and the light is green. But the combo code won't open the deadbolt. I've been listening to it slowing die for months and fortunately, I always carry my key.

Easy installation and it works perfectly. Nice looking too.

Worked as planned. But not able to connect to Kwikset app.

It works great, and I don't have to worry about losing my keys, or having my keys out when I get to the door

Kwikset is a great company

Bought the 913 model at Home Depot and it started giving me problem draining the battery and going dead right away. I contacted kwikset because it caused me to need a locksmith and I was really upset. The rep Candelaria D. immediately sent me the newer 914 model which is now working great. Connects to my smartphone to unlock and has a battery meter I can check! I was super impressed with the customer service and will continue to use this product.

It’s a great combo lock. Easy to use and easy to set up. It’s good looking, as well. No knobs or handles to turn on it … just a little button with a lock logo on it.

Kwikset 914c setup issue

Unable to connect the lock to system with either app on the phone or hub. Phone says cannot connect to hub and hub cannot find the device.

Works with HA but kind of loud

I was hesitant before purchasing due to the negative reviews but decided to give it a try. I live in an apartment where I can't change the lock and this offered a great solution to my problem.

Completely unable to get this lock to be recognized by my ZigBee hub after trying every troubleshoot step there. I've had it for almost a year.

Great Product

I have had this for over 3 years and it works great. Yes, you can hear the motor turn but at least you know it works. Mine works with my ZWave system.

Kwikset tried troubleshooting the lock, and it would not pair, so they are sending me another one.

unreliable

used this lick many times and sometimes they work and sometimes they dont. or they work for a month and then stop working. tired reset many times and nothing changes, do not recommend
