Everything ok expect door isn't that great

Cheap and flimsy

This shower unit is designed to be glued to drywall. In no way can you use it for a remodel. The walls are so flimsy that they will crack and bend if you don't hold them from each end. The drain hole is not in the center as advertised and our plumbing had to be rerouted and cross beams cut in the basement to accommodate the dimensions. It is centered side to side, but off several inches, back to front. Horrible design for over $1500.

The first one we picked up, the glass door was shattered. We had to drive 25 miles back to the store to return it and do an exchange. Therefore, when the second one came in, we had to spend extra time to open it and inspect it before the drive home. Alot of extra time and gas money spent on this product.

Designed to leak water

This shower is designed to where there is no seal on the wall opposite the hinge. After installation, there is a 1 1/2 to 2 inch gap between the shower door and the wall. This is for the 36 inch kit. I am guessing the other models are the same way. It took me five days to get a hold of Dreamline. Their customer support stated it was a European design. Now I have to spend another 400-500 for a shower door that seals. Definitely not the “ultimate shower door experience”.

Having issues with the door and no sealer came with it and wall surrounds are paper thin. My contractors are having a hard time with it. Still working on figuring out the door

Terrible product

Very flimsy and cheap for the money you spend. The corners don't slide into the corner J channels easily for a water tight seal. The door looks decent but does not move smoothly. Made door adjustments and still doesn't operate smoothly. This was installed with the help of professional carpenter. I couldn't stand the end result of how cheap this product is and tore it all out and ate the cost. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Not for beginners

Panels are not precut, appear to be made to fit multiple kits. Would hang better on drywall, we made the mistake of going down to the studs. Door can up a little short, had to add an extra rubber piece for it to close properly. Base was good tho.

Flimsy stall walls not worth it

Bought this unit to replace our old fiberglass shower enclosure. The walls were made of flimsy plastic and could not adhere to the walls. So in essence I purchased a door and shower basin for $500 more than if I had purchased them separately. This is a waste of money. Look for aomething else. I gave it a 1 star rating so I could leave a review. I would not have rated it at all. I ended up tiling the shower walls.

Don’t buy this product

The wall panels on this product do not interlock. You have to cut the wall panels to size which will eventually leak. I was under the impression they were ready to install by adhering them to the green board. When we called the company they offered no solutions, no help, and basically did not care. They questioned the experience of the contractor that is very qualified and has installed many other brands with no problems. After spending 1,500 dollars, I now have to purchase tile and have someone install it.

Horrible quality, piece of junk!!

Horrible quality. Tracks for corners so flimsy they felt like something a cheap toy is made of and wouldn’t hold walls in place so we couldn’t use them. Door was decent but hard to open and close. We wouldn’t have put it up but had a contractor that couldn’t wait on another one. We are afraid to even use shower for fear it will leak, so much regret for purchasing this piece of crap!!
