doesnt stop dripping

Seems well made but doesnt stop dripping. Taken apart and back together several times to try and fix. Also doesnt anchor to floor so i hade to put copper puts through floor and grounding connectors on pipes tight to underside of the floor which worked

Anzzi tugela 3 handle freestanding tub filler

Love the style but looks two toned. Manufacturer says that is how their finish looks but it doesn’t look like that in the picture when you are ordering.

This is a great faucet! I love this base because it isn't so plain. It looks just like the pics on Overstock. I would definitely buy it again!!

3-Handle Clawfoot Tub Faucet

The tub faucet is beautiful and perfect for my tub. The hand shower gets very hot when using it. Not practical or safe if unaware of that problem. The reason for not returning it was it was in storage while waiting to get it installed. The window of time to return it had pasted so we kept it.

Great looking and goes well with our freestanding tub. Adds a vintage look to our master bathroom and works well. Looks like the pictures as well.

This is an awesome fixture. I feel like the platform provides extra support to the somewhat fragile water lines. Heavy and solid metal. Gorgeous.

I was a little hesitant when ordering since it was on the cheaper spectrum of tub fillers. However once it arrived I was extremely pleased! The faucet is a great mix of a traditional and modern look. My contractor said it was easy to hook up. The only reason I gave it four stars is there isn’t an easy way to secure to the floor.

Installation FYI

Don’t make the mistake I did trying use Sharkbites or brass threaded to pex; leaks. I ended up using standard 1/2” to 1/2” branded steel faucet lines. In hindsight I think the Sharkbites might have worked had I added a rubber washer, gasket between the facet threads and the Sharkbites.

Beautiful Burt Broken

I was so happy when we installed this faucet. It looked beautiful with my new claw foot tub. Sadly, within 6 uses the cold stem broke. A small leak progressed to a very large leak until finally the handle broke completely off. We wanted to repair it ourselves but couldn’t find replacement parts anywhere. Home Depot told us they couldn’t help and referred us directly to Anzzi. They also refused to help or stand by their lifetime guarantee. We got the run around for months and were finally told the best they’d do was give us 10% off the purchase price of a new faucet. Obviously we are not going to pay $358 for a potentially defective new faucet. DO NOT BUY - if your faucet is defective you’ll be out your money with no recourse but to purchase another faucet from another company.

This thing is absolutely gorgeous but it’s wobbly and the shower hAndle get so hot you can barely hold it. I tried to contact the company to no avail. It did not come with installation instructions but it did come with white gloves. Lol.
