After just 1 week, we lost pressure on the hot water side making the faucet almost unusable. When calling Pfister, I was told it probably required a new filter that they would ship free of charge but would take 7 to 10 business days to arrive. If that did not resolve the issue, call them back! Won't buy Pfister again.

We are very pleased with this product. The ability to lock the sprayer is nice. It came with a plate to cover the existing, unneeded holes. This functionality did a great job. Overall, we are happy with this purchase. It has been installed for two weeks.

Decent product but not without issues

Purchased roughly 11 months ago. Sleek look for our kitchen, however, the faucet handle continually gets stuck for operating. The internal concave guide that encompasses the cartridge spins out of position therefore not allowing to move the handle for temperature control or flow. Constantly removing the handle and realigning the guide.

Bought and installed. Cold water is fine. Hot water trickeled out. Return. Try again. Same story. Call plumber, maybe I’m looking up wrong. Plumber confirm hookup correct, and 2 bad faucets. Very disappointed.

This faucet is so sleek and stylish. When the spray head is placed in it's original position, it stays secure there and gets in that position quickly, it does not dangle like other faucets I've used. I like how the soap dispenser matches and goes so well with this faucet. My old faucet has a separate spray head that was not connected to the actual faucet. I much rather this Barulli faucet because it makes for quick and easy access. Another perk from this faucet is that it has eliminated my need to have an actual tacky soap bottle on my counter which is great! With this new faucet and soap dispenser my kitchen now looks and feels more modern and I am loving it!

This Pfister kitchen sink facet is absolutely stunning and just Beautiful! Gives my kitchen an updated look and is so luxurious and an overall wonderful product! I love the magnetic feature of this facet to keep it neatly stored after each use and the matching soap dispenser is also amazing as well. This facet wasn’t at all difficult to install either and instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Pictures would do no justice in this beauty. Unfortunately, the camera on my phone is not working or I would of loved showing off this beauty. But, I’m extremely happy with it and highly recommend!

I have upgraded my kitchen faucet to the Pfister Barulli faucet and this thing is great! My old faucet did not have the spray head incorporated into the spout. This one does! The spray head has two functions (spray and stream), self aligns when let go and is magnetized to keep it secure. The faucet also comes with a matching soap dispenser. This faucet is beautiful! Just wow! I’m sorry I waited so long to go with the quality Pfister offers. If you are in the market for a new or replacement kitchen faucet, you should give this Pfister Barulli a try!
