Leaks, a lot

Had this tap in my kitchen for 3 years, I have had to replace the cartridge 3 times now. First time was warranty which took over 7 days to get it so I had to buy one so I could have water in my kitchen. Second time I used the warranty one, third time I had to buy another cartridge, and they are not cheap. This last time it started to leak overnight so my kitchen cabinet was soaked.

Nice product

We bought several of these for use in a high end vacation rentals. They are fairly easy to install in a one hole sink. Leave it to the professionals though . Finish is very nice for a rustic atmosphere. Spray head retracts easily when installed correctly Not sure why they want me to write a review with 10,000 characters. Not doing that!!

This is a very nice looking faucet. Installation was not difficult. However I am disappointed by the water outputpressure. It would be fine for a bar area but not powerful enough for a kitchen. Also, the reach into the sink (when sprayer is not extended) is too short. Caused lots of water mess behind our sink. We are returning this product. Five starts to Wayfair for customer service and making the return process easy.

This is by far the best faucet I have ever used. We have a square-shaped bar sink and we tried two other faucets for that sink. The first faucet had to be on high for the spray to work, making the water spray all over the counters in our relatively small sink. The next faucet was pull-down, but mistakeningly didn't have a spray feature at all. Not only does this have the spray and pull-down feature, but it also let's you use the spray on a very low pressure setting. Even on high, it doesn't get everywhere like the last faucet. Also, if you shut it off on spray, it will come back on spray! We love, love, love it!

We installed this in our kitchen remodel with a sizable farm sink. The faucets all start to look the same after a while. But this one has been great. The pull down mechanism works perfectly every time and easily clicks back into place, and has no trouble reaching all sides of the sink or filling a pan that I put to the side of the sink (a new trick). The faucet handle is simple and pleasant to use. Recommended.

Ordered this faucet online through Home Depot's website. My husband didn't want to break the bank but my plumber suggested Delta because of it's "lifetime" guarantee. I chose the Essa Single-Handle Bar Faucet because it had classic but simple lines and came at a reasonable price. It took a week to get here and my plumber had no problem installing this faucet. It works great.

The installation process of this faucet was very easy, but I give 4 stars as the flex tubes are not so flexible (at least them seem to last forever). The faucet is beautiful, very good finish, and the water mixer is very good but not perfect. Although my sink is not so big (unfortunately) the pulldown spray is very useful and it was the main feature for the purchase. The touch2o feature seems some silliness but after little time you find it a must - sometimes I touch the bathroom faucet by mistake - we are very trainable creatures just like dogs :-)

Terrific Kitchen Faucet

This Delta faucet is a wonderful addition to our kitchen. We have beautiful granite countertops and had a nasty faucet in a nasty steel sink that just did not compliment the rest of our kitchen. I believe the builder cut a corner and it was about time to correct his mistake! This faucet is really cool as you can change the flow from stream to spray with the touch of a button . The connections were seamless for the installation and were a great tight fit. Getting this faucet triggered a new sink so the photos show the total new installation. It is working like a charm and makes the whole kitchen look so much better. I was going to write this review sooner but had to do a little bit of granite cutting to get the sink in before I could install the faucet but it was so worth it! This faucet should certainly last a lifetime now and just made our house beyond belief! I would certainly get Delta faucets again and now may change out the faucets in our bathrooms next to match the kitchen sink! Thank you Delta!

Very good kitchen faucet

This faucet is attractive, and the operation is smooth. It took a little over 30 minutes to install on an existing deep sink. The sink is stainless, and as you can by the attached photo, it looks good with it. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because the delta faucet I took out (only because of a remodel) had metal water and mounting components. These may be just as good or better, time will tell. One nice thing is that no pigtails are needed for water hookups. The faucet lines are plenty loonngg with 3/8” compression fittings. I had to loop them on my installation, but proved not to be a problem. I’m looking forward to having many years of service from this Delta faucet. All faucets in my house are Delta, and I’m very satisfied with them.

Beautiful and easy to install

I buy homes to fix up and resell. I want a product that is pleasing to the eye and is easy to install. This product met my expectations and more, The old time sprayers were handy, but, they didn't have the beauty of a one handle pull-down faucet, and I love that it has solid construction and goes back into its base. This product is so functional and is a quality product. If you want a product that has functionality, easy to install, and attractive; then this faucet will meet your needs.

Started with one of those "Solid Stainless Steel" $60 kitchen faucets. Very nice. The connect to any thread in the world with the right adapter supply line fittings both leaked. At $200 this Delta is nearly four times more expensive, so much for value rating. Walked through HD looking at faucets. The big name brand, medium (but not inexpensive) priced kitchen faucets were disappointing flimsy.. I have been having some good luck with Delta products in my recent remodeling. This Delta feels fairly substantial, The valve body is solid metal, they say brass in the description. The neck and sprayer are pretty light, welcome to the real world of throw away consumerism. Not as good as the $60 one, much better than any of those more expensve faucets on display at HD.. Mounting was easy, Delta is good at providing clever tools. PEX supply lines are long enough to connect to my through the floor water line with a gentle curve, returned my extension lines I had needed for the $60 one. The flow control valve only rotates 90 degrees, cold is straight up, hot out at 90 degrees,.aka the valve handle and dirty wet hand do not hit the back wall when turning it on the way it did with the rotate both ways $60 one. The retraction weight does not clamp on the spray line, it slides; the sprayer line does not self retract after being pulled out, you have to push it in. This particular Delta faucet is not a "full size" kitchen faucet, it is a "prep sink" faucet, a little shorter and a little narrower in the arch. I replaced a typical 36 inch two small basin kitchen sink with a (smaller) one large basin sink. The $60 faucet looked huge and made the sink look small, This Delta is the perfect size.

This faucet was installed in our kitchen by our general contractor about one month ago. It is larger than we expected, but now we have gotten used to it. It looks good in the kitchen and functions really well. The MagnaTite docking for the pull-down hose seems to work especially well. There is not much difference between the stream and the spray from this faucet, since the spray is very tight. I am concerned about the water flow rate, since it takes some time to fill part of the sink.

Only installed one day, but really like the fit and finish and functionality of the Delta. Smooth motion of neck pivot, and the control handle has just enough resistance to make water temp and flow easy to adjust. The weighted pull-down sprayer is flawless, and the switch between spray and stream does not require you to hold the button down. The magnetic pull is strong, so I'd be a little careful when separating it, to avoid too much stress on the neck. With a little care it should last a very long time. Remember to register the bar code with Delta to assure lifetime replacement parts if necessary.

Got this faucet to go with my matte black kitchen sink and it matches perfectly! I love the height of it and distance from the edge which allows for easy filling of large pots. Smooth finish, great color, hose comes out and retracts with ease, and it's really easy to click between stream and spray. It took me a few days to get used to the position needed for hot/cold and fast/slow but that's understandable since I always had a dual handle faucet and anything new takes time to adjust to. Highly recommend!

This is the greatest faucet ever. We had it installed in a home we sold and now plan to install 2 in the new house we are building. I highly recommend using the AC adapter to power the faucet. The faucet is very intuitive to use and knows the difference between a touch and a grip --it is so easy and convenient to use and looks beautiful. It comes in a regular kitchen size and a slightly smaller bar sink size. The smaller size would be perfect for smaller kitchens. I plan to also buy the Delta bathroom touch faucet for our Master Bath in the new house.

The only downside is you have to be cautious with volume as the spray has a tendency to splatter if the water is overly strong. The magnetic docking is a big plus for the pull out head. You get a positive 'lock' every time it returns. The instructions were clear and Installation was relatively easy.

We love this faucet! We ordered the 'bar faucet' because we loved the brand and he shape but didn't want the motion/tap start/stop. My husband installed this himself, and while it did take some effort, we didn't need to call a plumber or make any extra trips to the hardware store. This fits perfectly in our kitchen. The materials of the faucet feel high quality. The pull down is long enough to cover the entire sink and more. I love that it twists completely flat against the wall, giving 100% sink access without any interference. The water pressure is fantastic in both setting. The bronze is dark, but warm and not too coppery. I highly recommend this faucet!

We used this faucet on a island prep-sink. it works very well and looks good. The only issue we had we thought, based on the photo, that the color was similar to nickel. It is not, it is shinny with a stainless steel simi-chrome look. It is not shinny as chrome. If you are going for the stainless steel look this is it. All of our other kitchen fixtures are nickel. This faucet being on a separate sink still fits in because the appliances are stainless steel. Over all we a very happy with this faucet.

We have one of those strange corner sinks with two basins that make an "L" shape. This faucet sits on the diagonal between them and is able to hang over and swivel to either basin. What I really like is it isn't a gob of water streaming forth to splash everywhere and the spray nozzle has a tight spray perfect for our small basins. It was a great purchase buy on sale, it looks stylish and is very functional for our small basins. However, read the directions! My husband didn't and left the weight off the retracting spray head. It still functions but he'll have to take it apart and add it.
