While I purchase this year ago it has only been installed for around 5 months. The side button to get it from spray to the normal stream is loose broken. Which may be the cause or not of water coming out of the faucet head between the steam and and head (where you pull it out to get it to extend), this has now lead to water pooling at the base and getting into the cabinet. This may be a defective one but now I have to buy a new - definitely different brand and pay someone to install it.

Great for Laundry Sink

Very clean look. Simple to operate. Spray pattern on all settings works well. High arc allows for large bucket to be filled and other large items to be cleaned. Plumber had everything in box to install. Flat handle is easy to grasp and pull forward for hot and back up for cold-cold stops at top not against the wall.

Faucet is sleek looking, but...

The faucet is sleek looking, but I have never seen a spray nozzle that functions the way that this one does. I actually thought the spray nozzle was broken in the box. I have since read other reviews that comment on the spray nozzle not retrieving into the house after a bit. Based on the design, I am concerned that this will happen. I have kept it because I don't have time to get another one.

Beautiful faucet but the hand motion can only be activated if the handle is turned on. Very different from my other motion faucets where you could activate them both by faucet and motion. You have to manually set it to one or the other. Quite annoying.

Easy install from above!

This product was a delightful find! It is well made and made of solid materials. The installation was a breeze after I removed the old one. It installs from above without the need to get behind and under the sink to install and tighten screws! The return weight is easy to attach and allows full movement and complete return of the head.

Faucet is OK. Would be nice to have a magnetic or physical lock on the pull out head so that it doesn't just rotate freely when in the spout, and the weight on the flex line under the sink really needs to be the sliding 'donut' type and not the permanently affixed type. I'm looking for a circular weight that slides on the flex line so that the fixed position weight doesn't keep banging off of all the plumbing lines and valves under the sink.

Beautiful and functional!

As a real estate agent and design enthusiast, I see many faucets. This one seems unique in its transitional style, but still a statement piece. I mixed metals in my kitchen, so my handles are gold, and faucet is the spot-free stainless steel. It feels beautiful and layered when things aren’t matchy-matchy and stainless steel in particular looks great with gold and a SS sink. Functionally, it’s even better! High arc, easy handle and the button never gets stuck! Nice, smooth pull down too. Get it!

Nice design and functionality, poor reliability

We purchased this faucet for our newly remodeled kitchen 2 years ago based on the features of design and functionality. While it was working, we loved the touch activation and elegant design as well as pull down spray. Unfortunately within 12 months the faucet stopped working due to faulty parts. Fortunately I registered the product and customer service was helpful replacing the unit at no cost in a timely manner. Unfortunately, 3-4 weeks ago we noticed a leak under the sink which had been going on for a while and which caused water damage to our brand new cabinet. The caue of the leak was the faulty hot water hose leading to the faucet as determined by a professional, licensed plumber. This is the second time in less than 2 years that this particular faucet (brand new) has failed and this time caused damage as a result. Needless to say we are very disappointed and upset. We again contacted Kraus customer service which again was eager to send yet another replacement however did not take any responibility for the damage their product had caused. Warranty excludes "other damage" due to things such as hard water etc. which was not the case. I have completely lost trust in this product and company and bought a different brand faucet. Kraus refused to take any responsibility even though the damage and the faulty product was evaluated by a professional installer/plumber and our insurance company. Kraus also refused to refund the money and offered only a replacement, let alone help to cover the repairs damage. There is no way we will install this product for the third time and risk another failure. We now have to incur the costs of our cabinet being repaired and yet another installation of a different faucet. Very dissapointing experience. Would definitely NOT recommend this product.

Love the sink... Light brushed gold and goes with all of our Top Knobs pulls. The handle is really thin, and looks like it may not hold up over time, but here we are 18 mos later and still going strong. Beautiful finish. Would definitely buy again.

It was hard to tell in the pictures how polished the stainless steel was. If you’re looking for this stainless steel to match your stainless steel sink/fridge…etc, you’ll be disappointed. It has a matte finish and not polished. As advertised, it does not show finger prints or water marks and functions as it should. The retraction works well as does the toggle switch.

Edit after 3 years of daily use, the coating is starting to rub off the nozzle. Other than that, it’s still perfect. We love it.

This faucet looks like great quality. Unfortunately I had to return because it was the wrong size- I assumed it was the same as one I saw on a different store’s website but it was a couple of inches taller. Double check your measurements because this company makes a bunch of similar but slightly different sizes.

Kind Of Touchless

This is a sort of touchless faucet. You have to still turn it on the old school way. Then it goes to the sensor. It is entirely unclear how long the sensor remains going until you have to turn it on again which is frustrating but manageable. (If anyone knows more about this timing, would love to hear.)

High Quality Kitchen Faucet

We absolutely love this kitchen sink faucet. It is so easy to use and the touch option has changed the game for us! Truly makes turning it on and off so much easier when our hands are dirty while cooking. We have had countless people tell us how much they love our sink + faucet as well and a few people even buy it after using ours! We love how easy it is, the clean & simple look of it, and the pull down spray option as well. Safe to say, we love it so much and would absolutely order it again!

It is very well-made, it works phenomenal. It wipes off like they say with no water spots the water pressure is fantastic. It fits perfect in my rustic country kitchen setting. The product is well worth the price and I couldn’t be happier. I am so delighted with my new faucet it is just an absolutely beautiful addition to my kitchen. I couldn’t be happier thank you God bless

DO NOT BUY!! FAUCET LEAKING BADLY

I bought this faucet in April, now it's August, it already started leaking water from the supply water hose. Very disappointed!! Either the quality of this product is really poor, or the product design is defective. The leak locates on the hose that is irreplaceable, so I have to spend more money to get a new one and replace the whole faucet! Not worth your money and DO NOT BUY!!!

Buy this faucet!

We love this faucet so far. The color is a bit softer in person than the picture and goes beautifully with our champagne gold cabinet pulls. It is sleek and works well. One review mentioned how the faucet would just sometimes turn itself off for no reason; I’m certain this is a safety feature. After being on for several minutes it does shut of. But with the wave of a hand it comes back on.
