Love this modern towel arm. For a bathroom makeover. Paired with Kohler bath fixtures and paper holder.

Very expensive but heavy and chunky which was the only reason I got them. They are very petty and easy to install. I think I paid more for the name.

Solid and well made. Make sure to mount to open right so the set screw isnt on top.

Ordered 2 towel bars. One was in a clearly opened box - seal ripped open - missing the mounting hardware and instructions.

THE BOX WAS SOILED AND HAD CLEARLY BEEN OPENED AS THE SEAL WAS TORN OPEN. ALL THE SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION AND HARDWARE IS MISSING FROM THE BOX - THE BOX CONTAINS THE TOWEL BAR AND AN EMPTY BAG THAT PROBABLY ONCE CONTAINED THE MOUNTING SCREWS/HARDWARE. THIS IS A USED ITEM FROM AN OPENED BOX - I PAID FOR A NEW ITEM. WHY ISN'T THERE AN OPTION TO EXCHANGE THE ITEM? Love the Kohler Product and am replacing all fixtures in 5 bathrooms with this brand ... this order is for baths 2 and 3!

Honesty Towel Arm not for everyone

Only good for the left side of bathroom. The right side has the screw showing on the top. Why can’t you make a righty and a lefty…..honestly?

I liked it, but it was to big for my space.

Perfect for a tiny powder bath. Goes so well with the other fixtures. A bit more than I wanted to spend but I’m happy I did.

Only Mounts One Direction

It looks really sleek, but I can't mount it the way I expected. You can only mount it with the opening on the right, and I wanted the opening on the left. If you turn it upside down, there is a tension screw that shows on the top. It is chrome/silver, so it really stands out on the black finish I bought. The screw is not anywhere on the spec sheet. Shame on me for assuming I could mount it either way, but shame on Kohler for not making that clear also. I will be returning it.

Design failure.

The attachment plate mounts securely to the wall. The towel bar is fastened to the protrusion from the attachment plate with a set screw, but the set screw does not press the bar to a flat surface of the protrusion, thus this bar (mounted to the wall on only one end) can, and does, twist so the bar is not level. No amount of tightening the set screw keeps the opposite side of the protrusion from slipping. Not an adequate description, I am afraid, but it is a really, really, bad design. It is the design, not a defect in material.
