Need electrician to change lightbulb in this fixture

BEAUTIFUL AND BRIGHT!
BEAUTIFUL lights! They’re bright, but dimmable. Exactly what we needed for our outdoor patio.
The fixture looks nice but changing bulbs is a problem. In lrder to change bulbs, you have to remove three screw to pull the fixture from the wall, then another four screws to take the metl and glass off of the backplate. Then change the bulbs and then put it all back together again.
