Just opened my package to install , and the sink is chipped . The company will not replace or refund it bc it is 10 days passed the return policy. Unfortunately we weee remodeling and never opened it so it wouldn’t get broken . Terrible customer service, but the bowl is beautiful despite the large chip.

So very glad I found this! It is not just a sink. This is an amazing and beautiful piece of art that fits my bathroom incredibly well. I have never seen anything quite like it in all my travels and I’m just blown away by the amazing price.

The matte black color in itself is beautiful. I like the height of 4in rather that normal size of 5' or higher vessel sinks. For reference, I purchased a 36in Bellington Vanity without the top and put a quartz top instead. I had to cut about 2 inches from the legs in order to fit a vessel sink. It was very difficult to find a vessel sink that was 4inches and Vigo nailed it!

This is the most beautiful vessel sink I have ever seen! It is large, which I needed for my long vanity. My granite countertop is quite unique, and I needed a sink that wouldn't overtake it's beauty. This sink is absolutely stunning in a subtle way. Everyone who sees it makes comments about it beauty!

The sink arrived today in a damaged box and completely shattered. Beautiful color but in pieces. It was. It packaged well for such a fragile sink. I will not order again as I am wondering how it will hold up under daily use. It could be the poor packaging as to why it was in pieces. Large shards of glass. Not good.

Arrived quickly. Nicely packaged. Sink seems very well made and is quite attractive. There was some damage to the inner wrapping but no damage to the sink. Only complaint being, I wasn’t told the installation ring wasn’t included. Would have been nice to know this.

Beautiful but very unstable. Needs better mounting base. Twist easily breaking seal. Evidently removed all silicone seals and replaced with plumbers putty. Better but not ideal.

This sink is beautiful! I got it from open box though and someone had returned it after trying to grind the drain hole to make it wider! It wasnt an impossible fix but I called Wayfair anyhow. They told me to keep it and refunded me! I wasnt sure I could make it look right but thought I would try. I found a drain stopper that was quite large but offer the cool feature of being able to close with touch! So all in all it worked out and the sink is simply stunning! I cant say enough about how beautiful it is. I would highly recommend it!!

Sink and Faucet combo are just the right finish!

Just the right finish for my unique cabinet. I fell in love with this piece of furniture at a consignment shop and decided I needed to have it as the centerpiece it in my hall bathroom remodel. Next challenge.... what to do for a sink. Cabinet is a little taller than a normal vanity so we trimmed the legs a tiny but and I decided I needed a lower profile vessel sink. This VIGO Black Hadyn Matte Shell Vessel Bathroom Sink and Lexington cFiber Faucet in Matte Brushed Gold and Matte Black Are just the perfect finishing touches and I Love the look!

Wish I would have bought something else

I purchased this sink for my recent bathroom renovation. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. The sink broke within the first month of installation. I dropped my toothbrush from half a foot above the sink and it chipped a big piece out of the edge. One year later of normal use and there are 3 large chunks of glass broken from the rim. It also is impossible to clean and keep clean. The finish of the sink is pitted and if any sort of toothbrush or makeup gets on it, it is near impossible to get off. Have tried an array of cleaners and scrubbers and have yet to find something that works. Unfortunately I will be replacing this sink.

It is a pretty bowl and it is made of nice thick glass. However, the sketch online that shows dimensions indicated that the exterior bottom was flat. It is a curved bottom and not flat at all. I needed a flat bottom to cover a larger hole already cut in the granite countertop. Before ordering thru HD, I contacted VIGO to ask their customer service department. The rep was not helpful or resourceful is her assistance. She could have contacted the warehouse to have someone open a box a look, but that suggestion fell upon deaf ears.

Very nice sink

I love the shape and color of this sink. However, I'm not happy with the black marks that are throughout the sink. We returned the first sink because the black marks were large and rectangular shaped, like tape marks. Our 2nd sink still has some of these marks, but they are more random and not as large. I'm willing to live with the marks because the color is so nice. After installing the sink, it rocks a little and isn't perfectly flat on the bottom. My husband is going to find a way to prevent the rocking, because I want to keep the sink. The glass is made very thick and everyone compliments it. Overall it's a beautiful sink, but could use a few changes to make it perfect.
