Not built to last

We’ve had this faucet for about a year and a half. It looks and functions great. Unfortunately, the paint has started to chip on the hose in the area where it grips the magnetic holder. Not good quality for the price. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing.

Гарний змішувач, хоч і трохи дорогуватий. Виготовлений з латуні, що гарантує його довговічність та надійність, має плавний хід важеля. Тільки на змішувачі можуть залишатися сліди від води та пальців, тому його потрібно регулярно протирати.

Довго вибирала змішувач, який підходив би по кольору до мийки, цей майже ідеально мені підійшов, приїхав досить швидко, запаковний був добре. Виглядає гарно, носик рухливий, дуже зручний. Подивимося, як далі буде, у будь-якому випадку 5 років гарантії звучить приємно.

Disappointed

I had the original version of this faucet and liked it a lot. When we remodeled a home we thought it was a seemingly easy choice to purchase the "updated" version of the faucet our old house had previously. The finish of this faucet is quite nice in the SS version. Now the new faucet is installed the sprayer is absolutely TERRIBLE for reach. The spray nozzle is a mile away from what needs to be rinsed off and makes a mess and loses the force at distance. I would guess that the faucet hose will fail prematurely by trying to pull the spray nozzle down where it needs to be. The wound steel that holds the spray hose on the old faucet actually would bend like a spring as the sprayer was pulled down. This new faucet has wound steel that is rigid so the sprayer won't pull down past the pot filler spigot level. There is no clip or other mechanism to keep the sprayer "on" so one has to constantly hold down the lever. Ordering and delivery from Home Depot was great.

Best for small kitchen sinks!

I was so excited to get this faucet, until it was installed and the sprayer didn’t work. Also, I have a large kitchen sink, and the faucet barely reaches inside the sink which makes it impossible to fill up pans or anything with it. The sprayer is very tense so even if it worked I doubt I’d be able to even spray the perimeter of the sink .. if you have a small kitchen island sink and are looking for something pretty but not necessarily functional this is perfect! It looks great but I would not purchase a KRAUS again after this experience.

Keep Looking

I have to agree with others who made mention that the sprayer doesn't have the flexibility to extend farther than a few inches. I have owned Kraus in the past and loved it which is why I order another. Unfortunately, they have removed the feature that holds a continuous spray, and again the flexibility on the sprayers is almost nonexistent. The look is great but the overall usability of the product sucks!
