Parts missing

The pop up hole was not included in the box that was shipped directly from American Standard. As stated on the box it should be included, as well as in manual, and on the AS website description. I reached out to American Standard directly and they did not assist with sending me the missing item but rather told me just to return it.

Purchased these faucets and 3 other faucets including an expensive kitchen faucet. I had some questions and did the live chat. VERY HELPFUL....I don't have these installed yet because construction got delayed, but they are beautiful and everything arrived perfectly on time and I can't wait to get them installed. They look so solid and much better than anything you find in the big box stores. Highly recommended.

Contemporary faucet

Wanted a new faucet for our small laundry room 1/2 bath. Wanted a faucet easy to clean and smooth surfaces with no sharp corners and hard to clean. This faucet was a good value and is easy to clean

Fast shipping. I placed order on Friday and got it on next Tuesday. It is stylish and easy to install. I have 3-hole sink. It comes with 3-hole mounting plate. It fits my sink and cover the holes great. My mom loves it. Single handle is easier to control than the two handles. I can easy to control the temperature and volume. The flow of the water is steady and doesn't cause a splash action in the sink.
