This is the strangest review I’ve ever left on a purchased item.

Just what I was looking for

I am really happy with it. It looks great!

Installation problems but good product

The only problem we had with installation was that it was not long enough with the base plate to be screwed into place. So, we removed the base plate and installed the faucet. The hoses also were not long enough to reach the hookups, so we had to get extenders. However, it dramatically increased our water pressure.

Very Good Quality

Had ordered a simple faucet that fittings would not fit. This was substituted for a second order. Works EXCELLENT, was very easy to install. Certainly happy they had something they could replace the original with. I highly recommend it.

Unsatisfactory

We originally purchased this item under the impression that it would serve as a great replacement from our previous faucet. That turned out to be untrue. On 2 separate occasions, this faucet has had major water leakage. We’ve tightened all the necessary screws %26 bolts and still water leaks from the faucet. A plumber came out this weekend and said the same thing as well. Sorry but I do not recommend this product to anyone. Very disappointed currently

Fantastic Experience and Easy Install

This was an easy install and the item works flawlessly. I opened the box and installed everything in about 30 minutes. I did have a part missing, the counterweight, but after contacting the manufacturer I received the missing part a day later. The manufacturer believes in their products as demonstrated in addressing customers' issues. I would gladly purchase items manufactured by Plumbwerk Inc in the future.

Amazing faucet

Amazing pressure, love the switch button feature, I love the color! Easy to install. I highly recommend this faucet!

Decent buy

It’s okay. Nothing too fancy. All parts fit and had no issues

Love the retractable option, super updated feeling using this! Makes a huge difference compared to a regular faucet. Has the option of 2 different streams of water.

3x is not a charm

This faucet looks great, which is why I chose it. However the first one was inoperable, no water flowed at all. So I exchanged, second one not much better, so I exchanged again, thinking perhaps we just got a bad one because of all the great reviews. Not the case. I have now had 3 of these exact faucets, and they all suck. Made sure to review installation instructions, knowing it could be user error, but that is not the case. They have all been installed properly, it's just a bad design. I have discarded the packaging and cannot return again (because what are the chances of 3 bad units) and now have a kitchen sink that is useless. It's infuriating that I wasted $100 and countless hours for nothing.

kitchen faucet

Using the faucet set, it seems to loosen up around turning neck.I had to go under and tighten it again.So that's getting aggravating.

Faucet replacement

Our faucet started to fail so I contacted customer service. They were very prompt to reply. They gave me some things to inspect but unfortunately there was no obvious fix. So they replaced the faucet %26 now we are up and running again. Customer service was super helpful and responsive. I definitely recommend the products as they are very well made and look nice too. A very good product at an excellent price.

hose blow up in few months

after 2 months, the cold hose blows up at night and destroys my kitchen cabinet. crack on the hose was at part where the hose is attached to the faucet.
