Great shower set. Love the dual control/levers for temperature and pressure. Classy looking. Minor note: the tubspout should have a slope to it so the water doesn’t collect on it from the shower head drip.

Beautiful faucet. Bought this to replace an old T17 faucet. Unfortunately the screw holes to not align with the new faucet, it looks crocked. Otherwise, it’s perfect.

This looks great & I like the water flow from the shower head. The handle let's you leave a pre-selected water temperature when you turn the water off. The only thing is the spout is plastic & a little flimsy. But it works fine though.

Flimsy

I love this shower head and bought it for my previous home. At that time, I bought the shower head and handles separately. This time, I bought the kit. the shower handle is plastic and feels like it. I didn't read the specifications and assumed the product was made of metal. This explains why buying the shower kit is cheaper than buying the parts separately.

Stylish and functional

I love everything about this shower head, it was exactly what I wanted. However, my husband does find that the water pressure is too low. He uses the jets from the handheld portion only, which helps, but it’s still not a 10/10 for him.

Great deal on a plumber recommended system,

Our plumber recommended the Delta 17 series shower. He was going to order the trim kit for us from his supplier. I was happy when I found it in Home Depots website for $200 less so he said order it. It took a couple weeks to come but other wise we are happy with the shower head and the wand. It looks great and is functioning well,

LOVE, love, love this shower/faucet combo. We ordered the bronze finish. Some of the parts are made a little cheaper than others, however the faucet knob is very heavy duty. Mixing valve not included, if it was that’d make this an example of 100% purchase satisfaction.

Very Disappointed!

We recently got our plumber to install the Ashlyn Monitor 17 Series Dual Function Pressure Balanced Tub and Shower with In2ition and Integrated Volume Control in a master bathroom project.

The product has defective piece that it appears Delta is very aware of. My contractor spent a whole day figuring out and doing a lot of ways to fix it thinking they have missed a step or so. Until we made a phone call. Might be also my fault, but this and maybe all of the new delta tub faucet/shower system only have control for hot and cold water and not on water flow. Depending on the shower - mine is full blast 2.5 GPM - no way to slow it down.

Love the look and different spray options. The bottom part where the tap water comes out for the bath is plastic but it doesn’t effect anything and still looks great. One tip would be to remove the spray reducer valves in the shower head before installation to increase the water pressure otherwise some spray options are pointless. Watch YouTube for easy removal

Tub Spout Garbage

Installed shower kit over a year ago on a new build and within months the hose for the shower head ruptured, replace it with a different manufacturer that didn't feel so cheap. It's been a year since we have been using it and now the tub spout diverter broke and can't use that shower now. Already planning to rip this whole unit out and replace with Moen.

not sure yet - working on all plumbing being replaced first - so not yet installed. it IS black ....but does not have quite the heft to it that I had hoped for. but other reviews say it WORKS great and will hold off on further judgment until we can actually TRY it. Came quickly - allowing my husband to figure out quick;y what else needs changing in the bath plumbing overall - it's a 1939 house!

Overpriced garbage

Purchased in July and just installed in my new build cottage. Leaks all over. Need to replace the cartridge.

Customer dissatisfaction!!

Just installed this product two weeks ago! My customer is very, very disappointed with this product ! The finish on this product shows water spots terrible. I recommended Moen products but the Delta product is the one picked out! I am sure I will have to eat the cost on this one. She has already asked me to schedule time to replace ! I never have been a fan of Delta products nor the way a they treat customers. Products always seem to be substandard !

Great looking!

Decided on this showerhead as we were doing a complete tub/shower install. Order the venetian bronze and really liked the color. One caution is that it is hard to find other venetian bronze product, such as shower curtain rod, drain, and other fixtures so be aware. Some oil brushed bronze 9f brands our close but a little trouble some when finding items to match. I was disappointed of the tub spout being plastic and cheap feeling. The rest our nice quality. My biggest negative was after installing had very low water pressure coming from the shower head. I had to remove the blue reducer inside the shower head to get my pressure back up. Before removing the water would not have enough pressure to even hit the back of the tub but taking on the reducer worked. Lastly the head wasnt as large as I expected however still adequate for us. Overall happy with product and enjoy being able to control both temperature and water pressure.

I had such a problem with these Ashlyn shower head the faucets inside are all plastic. I had to have the plumber back three times and one still is leaking. The handle was hard to install and adjust to get hot and cold water. I am thinking of removing them with new ones that work without worrying about the regulation of hot and cold. It will just switch to either or without touching it. I have purchased so much from wayfair and have always been happy. This shower set is awful. Also the drain is dome shape so not all the water goes down the drain. I have to wipe it dry. I want to give it no stars but the last one I cannot remove. It just does not deserve any stars. Sorry. It seems like a very inferior product.
