First, the pull out spray nozzle on the head doesn't sit tight in the faucet and there is no magnetic function so that it sits tight. Thus, the faucet head always appears to look loose and not snug. The design aesthetic is great, but the construction of the faucet is sub-par. Additionally, when I reached out to customer support they told me there was no issue with the faucet like I was trying to scam them. Passive-aggressive at best. I would pursue other faucets even though the price is good on this one. Save the time and money and find an alternative product. Otherwise, you will be left disappointed. At this point, its not worth returning. Buyer beware.

Incorrect product delivered

I received the incorrect product. The item I received was adresses to another customer; and I didn’t realize at the time of delivery since the image on the box was similar to what I ordered. I was unable to contact customer service after multiple attempts and over 4 hours on hold in total. I will never order anything from Lowe’s online again. Buyer beware. I’ve been awaiting multiple callbacks from customer service and have not received a call some 10 days after deliver.

Looks great, underwhelming quality

The faucet looks really nice and works as expected, but it doesn't feel quite as high-quality as my previous faucet. When you turn the water on drops come out of the sprayer holes even though you're not engaging them, and you have to physically put the faucet back in place if you extend it (although this is due to the shape of the faucet, not a design issue). Also, the hoses are nylon instead of stainless steel. They work fine, but this type of hose won't last as long.

Good faucet, missing an important piece

Good height, good flow, easy to install. However there is NO tool to remove the Aerator and the tool is does not have standard number of teeth like most brands. Thus a tool will need to be purchased. As it is likely the Aerators will not be found in the standard products found at the local plumbing supply.

Great modern faucet

Overall a nice faucet with a very clean look. The switch that changes the stream type can be a bit finicky, but gets the job done. Also, as with most matte black products, it is prone to chipping easily. Install was straight forward and after a few months the faucet is still working well.

Disappointing for such a high price point

The finish on the handle is of very poor quality. It's bent out of shape. The pullout spray is very awkward to use.

Sprayer mysfunction

The pull down portion is great and so is the handle. Only problem I have is that when you only turn on low pressure it won’t hold in the single flow portion, it stays in the middle of shower function and center flow. One has to hold it in place.

We are waiting on installing this faucet as we haven't yet gotten the new counter installed. However, in looking at the faucet, it is gorgeous and we can't wait to install it.
