It looks great and matches my new faucet well. However, as others have reported, it dispenses very little soap with each push.

I love knowing whatever I’m shopping for online with Wayfair is going to be all quality selections. This Mien brand soap dispenser is a perfect example. In stock and delivered on time. I can feel the quality of this pump design. VERY pleased as this pump is in a high use area but I would buy this design for any room of the house.

5 Stars

Love this soap dispenser! It looks classy and goes very well with my water facet. You can fill the soap from the top which is much easier than doing a bottle below the counter! Very durable! We've had it a year and no problems! 🤞

I CANNOT tell you what a quality piece this is! The Delta I have is PLASTIC painted to look like SS. I bought the brushed gold/brass and it is heavier than a paper weight! It has incredible finishes and very , very good quality. I love it. It's also much BIGGER than what i thought and it makes a nice statement on the countertop. Do not hesitate!

Moen Transitional Soap Dispenser

I bought (The Moen Transitional Soap Dispenser Spot Resist Stainless 18 oz. Capacity Deck-mount Soap and Lotion Dispenser Item #2623994 Model #S3946SRS) this item because of the brand, appearance and design I thought it looked great…. What I didn’t know, is that a couple of month’s later of regular use, the dispenser stopped pumping… I struggled a lot with this product, I thought it would have been great item because it was a name grand but I was wrong… For the price, I expected for a better performance… This product is NOT cheap, and Not To work Properly to soon, I don’t recommend this particular item…

Spot on soap dispenser!

This will be a perfect fit to our black faucet. I was a bit concerned that it would look odd because we have a black Delta faucet, but it matches just fine. Moen is a solid product and has yet to let me down! Well constructed and highly recommended!

Perfect. My 5 year old Moen soap dispenser stopped working so I needed to replace it. This is the exact same model that I had and it is easy to install and it is the same quality. I also got it for almost 50 less than the Moen dealers and manufacturer. Very satisfied.

I remodeled my kitchen in 2017. By 2019, both of the soap dispensers I bought were broken. The pump gets stuck depressed and is very difficult to pull back out. I don't know how to fix it. I wrote to Moen, and they sent me a new kit, but it wasn't the part of the appliance that's broken. I've cleaned it, unscrewed it, done everything I could think of, and there was no resolution. Even when I wrote to and called Moen, they did not help other than sending me the kits. I guess they did not understand how it was broken (though I think most people have this problem). But they match my kitchen, and one was not as poorly made as the other, so I kept one and bought a new one. My advice would be to choose a different style or brand or, if you absolutely love it, pray you get lucky.

The install was a pain because the hole in the counter needed to be 1 1/8". The existing and more standard hole is 1". We had to drill through stainless steel which can be tough. Once in, it works great and the thick nozzle is not going to break like the previous dispensers.

Easy installation. Sturdy and nice finish. You have to make sure it's set all the way down or soap will not suction out properly. Once done, a little soap co knes out but its overall very nice.

Sleek Classy High Quality WHOOP WHOOP

Purchased this to go with my undermount kitchen sink. It's a Moen so of course it's high quality. Moen didn't disappoint with style either. Sleek, matte black finish. Looks awesome and functions superbly! Love it!!!

After all said and done, I’m glad I got this dispenser. It’s made of high quality metal and matches my other Moen water faucet. Very good looking and works very well. I’m happy with how much soap is dispensed per pump. I have Costco industrial size Ajax soap under the sink and I retrofitted the dispenser to connect directly to the soap jug via a 5/16 ID, 7/16 OD tube I got from Home Depot. So far I haven’t needed to install a barbed check valve in the line. Instead of connecting the plastic soap container to the bottom of the dispenser, I just connected the plastic straw tube, and then connected the plastic tube. It’s a snug fit if you get the right hose (pictures included). I was thinking of getting a soap dispenser tube kit from AZ, but they were asking between 12-20 dollars! I got the tube from HD for like 9 dollars for 20ft! Plenty to spare for other projects. You can probably get it cheaper if you get 5 or 10 feet. I drilled a 5/16 hole in the top of the soap jug and made sure the tube didn’t curl up by using a stiff straw that connected to the end of the tube. You can also look for a 7/16 rigid straw to connect to the hose, and then put it in the soap bottle. All in all, the dispenser costs a lot, bur your paying for great craftsmanship, limited lifetime warranty, and it pumps thick soap without issues. Sure, I could buy a 15 dollar pump, but it’s gonna be ugly and gonna break in less than a year.

Installed this about 6 months ago. The second time I went to refill the soap bottle, the connecting piece the bottle screws into snapped while it was being unscrewed. This cheap, weak little part on an overpriced pump has made the entire thing worthless. I highly recommend finding a more trustworthy brand.

Very pretty. The button is pretty stiff so you have to press pretty hard to get the soap out. Difficult to do it one handed. I actually dont mind that because it doesnt put out excess soap, so works for me.

We moved to a new home about 3 months ago and the faucet was faulty. The plumber who came out to fix it ended up temporarily installing the Moen faucet that matches this soap dispenser, which was an upgrade from our previous faucet. We ended spending a little to keep the faucet -- it was the style we wanted anyway, but we didn't want to pay the builder extra to upgrade it. The old faucet had a separate hole for the sprayer, so when we got the new one, we had a spare hole to cover/fill. We decided to get a soap dispenser and after looking at a number of options, we decided on this one. It cost more than we would have liked to pay, but it is a really substantial, quality dispenser. It looks great in our kitchen and has worked well thus far. I like things to be convenient, and I'm glad I have dish soap on demand without having to leave a bottle on the counter. Hubby filled it up, so I don't have experience with that, but hopefully that part won't be a problem moving forward. Overall, we've been really satisfied with it and would recommend it.

I have gone through at least 7 different built in soap pumps for my kitchen sink. The majority of them would only kind of work. They required to pump heavily to work. Dawn is a thicker soap than hand soap. The internal bead would get stuck and not let the soap flow through. This pump hasn’t failed. It has “anti clog technology.” I’m unsure what that actually is and what makes that proprietary, but I can say that this pump does work without fail. But be advised that it does take some muscle to push the pump button down. It has strong suction within its unit. So it’s not as easy to pump as any of our previous units. But that’s also because the standard pumps weren’t airtight. So it’s great and you’ll get a slight workout from washing dishes.

Simply doesn't work

I'd wanted to get a really nice soap dispenser that would match the Moen faucet I had purchased, so spent the extra money on this unit. Not only is it no better than any other typical soap dispenser (that costs about 1/5th the price), it's actually worse. The spout gets clogged with soap after every single use, such that it sprays soap in every direction upon the following use. In short: it's unusable. I'll give it this: it does look nice. But that's its one and only virtue. What a waste.

I wanted a higher soap dispenser than what is typically offered and this is perfect. However the biggest drawback was the price. Also the style of faucet I liked came in a Mediterranean bronze but this only came in the oil rubbed bronze. (I couldn’t find ant soap dispensers in the Mediterranean bronze). I. can tell there is a color disparity but it is slight and most other people will not notice it
