Major design flaw

I am very unsatisfied with the faucet. The faucet has been inoperable multiple times and each time i am unable to use it until i receive a replacement part. I have owned this faucet for 1.5 years and had to replace the same proprietary part twice. The control box is the culprit. It’s an obvious design flaw. Customer service is good but If you want to spend your money on a product that causes you to spend your time in troubleshooting, disassembling, and don’t mind downtime of your sink faucet until parts arrive for repair that you must fix yourself, buy this faucet.

Good but weird delay in touch-off

Purchased primarily for the “touch on”feature that we are accustomed to in our other home which has a Delta Touch2O kitchen faucet. When turning off, the Kraus faucet has a noticeable delay before water stops that the Delta does not. We prefer our Delta faucet.

Great looking faucet and high quality too. The faucet was easier too install and secure into place than anticipated.

I could hug this faucet - it was so easy to install (I did it myself in about 30 minutes - and the big time suck was taking out the old one). Instructions were clear. Water pressure is great and I appreciate the simplicity of the design.

This is the first time I have bought Kraus faucets and they come really well packaged and look beautiful. We got a matching faucet for the pantry too.

This is a great faucet. I love the feature that allows you to pull it down and use it as a sprayer. Practical and pretty. We had the same faucet in our rental property, and it has held up for the past couple years. We ordered it again because we liked it so much.

Great and good looking faucet!

Great faucet. Real new to the touch feature so there was a bit of a learning curve in the beginning. The faucet feels nice and sturdy and looks amazing.

Styling is great and touch feature really is an advantage. Unfortunately we had an issue a few months after installation. The AA batteries began to completely discharge after 3 days of use.
