This thing has 3/4 inch threaded connector, but I have no where to find 1/2 inch Female Ear Elbow in my area. It seems 1/2 inch is standard for shower connection in US. Behind wall, it is 2x4 frame, there is no place to install 1/2 to 3/4 adaptor.

Honestly, this doesn’t move the needle for me in regards to functional usefulness, but it really is of a very nice quality and looks very nice posted up in the shower. As far as water flow, water flows, so that’s a good thing. It’s definitely a nice cosmetic upgrade from the previous product we had in it’s place.

Installed this with no issues whatsoever, easy to place, didn't have any problems with leaks or water pressure. Performs perfectly! Beyond that, it looks very very nice with the rest of our bathroom, and I haven't noticed any rust or water spots as of yet.
