Very Disappointed

My Kohler Chrome Cover is a much, much higher quality cover than what came with this Diverter. Extremely disappointed my plumber chose Hansgrohe for the valve. I have no choice but to use this product. Very thankful I didn't pay $442.00 and I succumbed to buying on Amazon for $203.00. My other accessories, such as shower arm/head and wand will definitely not be by Hansgrohe.

Poor materials and service

Build.com failed to send all of the component parts and double charged me for the missing parts. Then, Build.com sent a defective part and did the same thing. Don't waste your time or money!

Poor paint quality on the matte black

The matte black’s paint slide right off when we try to install the final face plate. The round plate is plastic which is shocking, I thought it will be metal…very poor quality on the paint

Hansgrohe never lets us down and this is no exception. I’ve seen occasional reviews complaining about the handle fitting loosely. Take it from me, that’s a matter of user error. We had awful plumbers when building our house and that was the case, but my own project manager fixed every one of them and they’ve functioned perfectly for the all the months we’ve been here.

It’s great and exactly what I wanted.

I have yet to get a product from Grohe that is not excellent! It starts with the way the product arrives, packaged so that there are no scratches anywhere, most of the items in the box are individually wrapped in plastic containers or wrapped with bubble wrap. Then when installing the item, you find out how really substantial this item is, it is heavy, no plastic anywhere. I have to say "Thank You" to adhering to this level of quality to Grohe, you are absolutely worth every penny spent on this item.

This Pressure Balance Valve and Trim Kit from Hansgrohe is fairly complicated but once you figure it out, you will be happy because it's of the HIGHEST quality available anywhere. Luckily, I was able to use my old Grohe valve which couples to the pressure balance valve (diverter). Otherwise, it would not have worked. This kit does not include the Hot/Cold Water Valve.
