Easy to install shower arm

We purchased two of these to go with our new showerheads from Kohler as they were recommended with our purchase. These were very easy to install and fit with the showerhead perfectly!

purchased shower head and had installed by our handyman, He said as he installed it was a great product and we know that because we had purchased the same for another shower.

I chose this shower arm to match the detailing on other fixtures. What I got was a plain cheap looking flange. Too late to return. I’m looking around for a more decorative flan page that I can substitute it Kohler doesn’t sell their more interesting flanges separately.

Great looking and wonderful full spray of water and a nice feeling shower. My only suggestion would be to add the functionality of different softness or hardness of spray as an adjustable feature.

Yup, it’s a flange and an arm lol I can say that the finish is great, and came in perfect condition. I have purchased thinks like this online from other sellers, only to find that the metal was flimsy or the finish marred these pieces have a nice weight and finish.

Very happy with SELF CLEANING shower head. We couldn't reach the shower head that came with the house. Knew wanted a self-cleaning head & found this. Like the looks of head and water spray excellent as well.

Incorrect flange pictured

The flange pictured is not the flange that comes with the arm. This seems to be a Kohler problem as most retailers are using the advertising photo. The flange included in the K-7395 is a thin chrome plated escutcheon found at most hardware stores. Very disappointing for the money.

Good but wish there was more variety

I like this and there are no problems with it. A shorter handle was needed and this met the bill. I wish that there was a more modern flange that felt a little more heavy duty than this. However, this works for what it is.

Easy to install. I wish the little plate thing was heavier duty but that doesn’t affect the performance at all. It matched up with our new Kohler shower head perfectly. It is definitely a shiny chrome!

Expensive little piece, but a beautiful upgrade once installed. I had no prior plumbing experience and I had the old one down and this one installed in less than five minutes. Looks so incredible in our newly remodeled bathroom!

Shower arm is just as advertised. The color is a shiny brass just like in the picture and was perfect for our shower head and shower arm replacement project. No issues with it all. The quality was what you expect with a shower arm from Koehler. Came right on time and no crazy packaging to tear apart

Buyer Beware

As others have stated, the shower is nice quality, but the flange is extremely cheap stamped metal - not at all similar to what is pictured. I have the longer (more expensive) 7" K-7397-CP arm in another bathroom, and it has a very high quality solid brass flange. That's what I thought I was going to get with this model, but simply a shorter version; they are not even close, despite the pictures.

Cheaper Than Pictured Shower Arm

The shower arm itself it very good quality. Unfortunately the flange pictured is very cheaply made and looks it. If you want the better looking flange, that comes with the 7.5" shower arm (7395)
