Worked one month after installation. Pretty faucet but not functional. Wayfair has not responded to emails.

Defective

It did not work after the install. I called customer service of Vigo and was told that they cannot replace it. I was told to try some troubleshooting steps to open it and send a video. I followed all the steps but it did not work. I shared the video with their customer service agent then I was told they still cannot replace it. Very poor experience and I would have to buy two new faucets, loss of money on defective items. Will not recommend anyone to buy this.

Horrible quality. After 1 months buttons got stuck and you can’t turn this on. What a waste!

Faucet button stops popping up <6 months

Purchased the faucet because it looked cool, and fit on a sink with a narrow mounting edge. Worked fine for ~3 months, then started responding slower and slower and requiring water pressure to push it open. As of today, 70 psig still isn't enough to open it! We are on city water from the Columbia River which is very clean.

I love the design, but after using the fascinate for a year the button on the top of the faucet sticks and you can’t turn on the water. It is very frustrating.

Don’t buy it .. it stopped working after a month

30 days in, all good and install was a breesze

About a month in to using the faucet, so far so good. Constructions seems good/solid, install was super easy, colour coded supply lines included with the faucet is a nice touch. When I first bought it I did need to exchange 1 of the 2 I bought as the finish had some damage.

Great look

I bought this 3 months ago but just had countertops installed so we could hook this up. It was worth the wait. Faucet is very heavyweight with clean lines and the modern look we hoped for. A great addition to a bathroom remodel. Can’t wait to finish the rest of the bathroom.

Just purchased this cool looking faucet , had the plumber install it, although a bit sticky it was working for a few weeks but now the button is completely stuck and not working at all.

I LOVE my Vigo Nova single hole bathroom faucets! They are just what I was looking for. They go perfect in my contemporary bedroom I just remodeled. They are simple, unique and easy to clean.

Great faucet that looks valuable and sturdy

Bought this for a full bathroom remodel and it did not only come well packed, it also looks and feels well made. After some time of using it i am still satisfied with it. Only down part sofar is the useless pouch that it came with while already being in a well packed foam bed. Stuff like that are going to be thorwn out first thing, so why the waste.

This faucet is absolutely stunning.

Good Product

The only problem I have with this product is that it leaves very bad water stains. Other that, it works great and very attractive to guest. Will try more products from this brand. Just my opinion.

Worst purchase! The onoff button never works it sticks. Therefore, the sink is unusable. We even had a replacement thinking we just got a lemon no chance it is the faucet. This is such a disappointment especially for the price!

Elegant and Functional

We bought two Davidson Single Hole Bathroom Faucets. The first was installed in January and now the second unit has been installed into our new quartz ensuite countertop. Looks stunning and works well.

Would definitely buy again, great value and design

Love the look. Because the design is so flat on top it tends to hold splashes and drips more, so I find myself wiping it often with a microfiber cloth to keep it looking lovely. Maybe I just never bothered with previous faucets because they never looked that great anyway.
