Received this item quickly and in great condition. It’s still in the box since I’m not ready to put it in. Looks just as advertised and exactly what I was looking for.

So sad about this sink

Do not buy this sink unless you plan to dry the entire sink AFTER EVERY USE. Our water is not especially hard, and we treated our new sink like a new (exciting and expensive) baby. After one week white water stains appeared on the sink walls. Nothing we have tried will remove it, including Kohler brand Neoroc cleaning product. I wish we hadn’t bought this sink.

Love this sink

Super big compared to most. Love, love this sink. It is also deeper than I thought it would be. Be aware sponge holders will not stick because it is a rougher finish. Not smooth.

Disappointment

I bought the sink about one year ago. There is always a white haze on the sink it never looks clean.I’ve cleaned it I’ve oiled it with mineral oil I’ve let it sit and buffed it out there’s nothing working. I’m very disappointed is a understatement I have all Kohler products and never had this issue.

Great customer service! Delicate sink

Customer service, second to none!! Sink is “pretty”, but not durable. I had two phantom scratches show up during instal, and still have not been able to figure out when/how they happened.

Disappointed

We purchased this sink for the advertised qualities. IE, scratch resistant, etc. Not true at all. Although I love the sink for its size and color it just isn't what I believed it to be. I understand all the explanations that Sarah has given in the previous reviews, however a new, upgraded sink shouldn't have to be more work. I'm just a country girl. I cook usually twice a day, I can, bake, freeze, prepare & clean fresh vegetables , bathe grandchildren, and sometimes dogs in that sink. It was NOT made for the wear and tear I do 5 to 6 days , twice a day. The kitchen is my main domain. I use the neoroc polish, I dry it after each use, I've purchased rubber bath mats, plastic dish mats, rubber dish mats, to no avail. They slip, slide, stain, food particles get caught under them, water stays under them, oh yes then you have to wash and dry them too. It has just added to my daily work, and I'm already worn out. I do know that on a new fiberglass tub you can put paste car wax on it following waxing instructions and it protects it for quiet a while. That will be my next step later this week when I purchase some. I really hope it stops the water stains at least. All I know is I've always liked Kohler still do, but am disappointed in the last sink I'll probably ever buy. I guess I should have read the reviews first.

Better than I thought

It’s not as heavy as I expected it to be from the description and at first I wondered if it would feel plastic y and cheap, but it worked out well. The material is more forgiving of crystal or porcelain tipping over in the sink. I love the size.

Great kitchen sink replacement

This sink replaced an older cast iron sink in our kitchen. Overall dimensions were the same however the larger basin size has been so much better than we expected. Washing dishes is easier with the added space.

Does NOT work as advertised

We followed all instructions for care and the sink scratched tremendously in less than 5 months of use. We were so excited when we replaced it. It is not used more than a normal two person family would use it (Probably less since we don't cook a lot). It is very disheartening to purchase this product only for it to NOT work as advertised...how can you say a product is "Scratch resistant" when it looks like this (see photos). Cannot recommend this at all.

Awful

Bought the sink excited because of all the positive descriptions in the overview of this product. This is not scratch proof etc. This sink has a white haze in it that I cannot get off and has already scratched. It looks Absolutely dreadful! We cannot return back to Lowe’s because the receipt has been lost. I know we are not the only complaint about this product how do we get a refund?

Beautiful to look. Nightmare to maintain!

I have a new build home and got this sink as one of my upgrades and while it’s beautiful to look at I regret getting it times a million. First of all it is NOT scratch resistant. In fact it is so sensitive that you have carefully place a dish in here because God forbid you place it too hard there goes a scratch and ding. It is absolutely horrible and I wish I could get it replaced but unfortunately can’t afford to do it right now. I hate that my house warming is coming up and it looks the way it does already and I’ve only been living in my home for a week. It leaves all the hard water stains immediately after you’re don’t doing the dishes and if you don’t literally wipe every drop of water off once you’re done it starts to look hazy and dry up white. I would not recommend this sink even if I was paid to advertise it.

Hard to clean

I have this sink in black. I totally love having the big sink. Big pots and pans and refrigerator shelves fit in nicely. My problem is water spots that you can't scrub out. Makes the sink look gray and splotchy. Even the water drops from my hands when I turn on/off the faucet leave spots. We have a new water softner so hard water isnt the problem. I've used soap, lime away and tub and tile cleaner. None of it takes the spots out. I have taken to coating it with cooking oil just to bring back the old shine. But that disappears with hot water. Otherwise I love the one bowl concept.
