WOW! NOT OMLY A BEAUTIFUL SET but there was a flaw on one mug, I opted for a replacement mug instead of a discount and was SENT ANOTHER ENTIRE SET!!! Talk about Customer Sevice!!!!

The plates have a nice weight to them, the designs are elegant, and they add a touch of sophistication to my dining table. The durability has also impressed me—no chips or cracks despite regular use. Overall, this dinnerware set has exceeded my expectations.

Terrible

Would give negative stars if possible. Supposedly microwave safe. Put in microwave for 30 seconds pulled out and paste literally split in half in my hand. 2 days later pieces flaking off others. Contacted Gibson and they don't care at all. Just don't buy.

I love this dinner set! The red color is slightly darker than the photo but still beautiful. The bowls are deep which I appreciate. I use this set everyday, in microwave and dishwasher with no issues.

These are great dishes! I was a little unsure of them, but once I had them in my hands I knew that they were perfect! They fit the aesthetic that I was going for and they feel like quality dinnerware.

The black, square plates are just fabulous. Price was the best. Shipping was quick as always.

Nice plates but the consistency of the shape is very off. They stack in a very weird way. I’ll keep them because I really don’t feel like returning. Way fair did give me something off one set. Just watch delivery because mine where balanced on the steps.

I unpacked the dinnerware set from the box, hand washed them, dried them & put them away in the kitchen cupboard. I replaced the old dinnerware. The dinnerware looks very nice & I hope it lasts at least as long as did the old dinnerware set. Only time will tell. I am happy with the esthetics, weight & design of the set. 1/12/2023 Update: I love the size & shape of this dinnerware set. The glass turntable in the microwave has to be removed when cooking on the dinner plate, because it doesn't fit the turns when moving, but it cooks the food evenly while stationary in the microwave.

Outstanding Customer Service

I've been using a set of these dishes for a couple years. I liked them so much that I ordered several sets for gifts. Unfortunately, I received the wrong color. Home Depot went above and beyond to ensure that the replacements were the correct color and even sent UPS to my home to pick up the wrong ones. Thank you Home Depot!

This dinnerware was a housewarming gift for our son, and he LOVED it! He said the contemporary style is exactly what he was looking for. Each piece is substantial in weight, and the bowls hold a very large serving of breakfast cereal or chili.

I love this color, shape and design of this dinnerware set. My mother who 80 years old and lives with me said they are little to heavy for her. If you want something that is unique and eye catching, you can not go wrong with this set.

Great purchase that will not disappoint

I purchased this gift for the unwed mothers angel tree. I wanted a set that was reasonably priced sturdy and beautiful. The set was exactly as pictured. This is a beautiful starter set for anyone of any age.

Definitely buy this set

I absolutely love this set! The color is beautiful and looks great on my table. They are lighter then my last set of plates, which is good for my arthritic hands, yet not fragile either. The coffee mugs are just the right size and very comfortable to hold. I love the wider handle (no cramped fingers!). This set was well worth the price.

A very cute set

I love the color and style, however the bowls and cups dont match the plates (no gold rim) which seems strange and the bottom of the set the pieces look like different sets - but each style (bowl, cup, dinner plate, dessert plate) matches its set. I bought 2 and both were the exact same. Also i thought it was more of a teal and brownish color but it is teal and black. One of my mugs had a chip but i would have had to repackage the entire thing to return it and hope i got a complete set back while i wait

Not great quality

I bought two sets. Both had scratches already present out of the box. I kept them anyway, but I have only had them about a month, and more scratches have appeared with just normal use. It appears you need to cut your food on something else prior to putting it on the plates if you don't want issues. They are beautiful dishes, but they don't seem to be good quality.

Love the Dinnerware! Flimsy shipping boxes!

We bought 16 place settings. Love the matte look. We love the color yet having a faint white edge makes the set look plain. Plates have a slight curve yet flat. Bowls are a good size and deep. Straight with no lip. Can only stack 3 to 4 on a normal shelf height for they are squarish. Mugs are a good size especially for coffee. Salad/Dessert plates are a good size. and same slight curve as the dinner plate. Having said all of that, we decided to go with another Gibson pattern. The reviews on this pattern states the set easily breaks. We did have a set that broke upon delivery. Therefore, as much as we love the set, we are going to go with the other pattern we chose. Don't want to take the chance for breakage. I must say that the shipping boxes are flimsy. No wonder they are breaking upon arrival! My advice is to order ad then pick them up at the store. Possibly they will arrive in one piece as opposed to pieces!

I use for entertainment and daily use. They are very beautiful and stylish. The cons is when I bought 2 16 pieces. I checked no chips ,but when I went To clean in full size dishwasher dinner plates are to tall for dish washer. I have to put plates in back word and get 3 plates to fit. When I went to remove the dishes from dishwasher. I found 1 deserts dish came out with a chip. I don't over load the dishwasher. Disappointed when I entertain I have to display a chipped deserts plate, wish they could replace plate.

They're very pretty. I love the color and style. The cons I have to wash dinner plates by hand, plates are to big for dish washer. I have full size dish washer. I put the rest of the set in dishwasher, was disappointed one of the small Plate came out with a chip on it. I bought 2 16 pieces, now when people come I have a chipped plate to display not happy with those things. The price was reasonable.

Once they are in the cupboard, all you see is black.

Purchased 2 boxes a year ago and just recently 2 more boxes for my air bnb home (each box is a set of 4) that way I could provide an 8 set and wanted extra for breakage or disappearing pieces. I originally wanted red because the kitchen accents are red but after putting the set in the cupboard, I don't like that all you see is black. The red is on the inside and is not visible until you remove a piece. So had I known that, I would not have purchased....but now I'm kind of stuck with it. But I do like the square plate design....a bit different and the cups and bowls are a nice size. For the price, a good deal. In 10 months, have had no chips or broken dishes......yet.

Misleading photos-but good product

Photos are misleading, but i liked it anyway. The teal set pictures show the bowls and cups as teal on the outside, but that's not true-every dish is black on the outside, teal on the inside. But they're still pretty and I'll keep them. I originally ordered the purple though and returned them because the color was so off what the photos had.
