Doesn't last

while easy to install, the flooring doesn't last. it is peeling at the corner of the pieces in multiple places. not pleased to have spent over 2k on just the flooring, and having it needing to be replaced after only 2 years.

This was a great find. My room looks great. The installer said it was a nice product to work with. I highly recommend it.

Horrible delivery 3 attempts to deliver me 5 out of 5 broken flooring boxes. The click part are beyond so cheap and flimsy super thin way to thin to ship they shouldn’t. Padding and underlayment attached surprised me how nice noticed immediately. Also noticed looks NOTHING like in pics. Not bright modern white it’s a matte white maybe tone of gray slightest slight one it’s just dull like a cheap ilea cabinet looking lol. Had a texture don’t like. Made me pack and ship it back. NEVER AGAIN

Check boxes

Upon opening a couple boxes the ends were broken. Some pieces don’t wanna snap together good and leaving corners a little uneven.

White Spots Appeared

We installed it in April and by May white spots started appearing and more keep appearing. We have only used Bona cleaning products for vinyl flooring. The flooring was beautiful but now we are unhappy with this flooring after replacing a perfectly good Shaw vinyl floor.

Cleaning it is tuff

I love the look! Cleaning is another story. The groves in it is what I loved. That is where the dirt sits. Throw rugs will be necessary.

Don't buy Lucida Surfaces floorboards!!!!

I like this product in pure White color. However, I don't like that this company no longer making the same pure White / piano white boards as the internet shows. Also, this company NEVER picks up the phone, and old voice message all the time. This company is very cunning because middle of the perfect floorboards, suddenly broken sheet was hiding. It's not possible for the center piece to be damaged. They must have been hiding it to get lid of their broken items.

MOST excellent product!!

I've worked with a LOT of LVPF and this is about as good as the product gets..extremely solid core (with no polymers)..the UV cure makes for NO "off-gassing" or odor and it was definitely packaged to survive with NO "corner ding"! Very impressed! I think I paid "ballpark" 3 bucks a sq ft and I have never seen better at TWICE the price! I'll buy Lucida USA ("home-made"-icing on the cake!:) from now on.

Don't buy this flooring

Don't buy this flooring. I purchase a number of boxes from Home Depot and a number from Lucida direct. Within one year of installation almost all the corners and edges are failing. I made a claim through Lucida and was denied. The company looks for reasons to deny your claim.

3 stars because i ordered this flooring and needed a little more. The whites are different and you can definitely tell. Make sure you order enough so your lots are all the same and match. Otherwise, its a very nice floor and look.

The strapping on the outer cartons damaged 80 of the “tongues “ on these boards. It’s ultimately workable because the tongues slide into the next board’s groove but still the manufacturer should know better.

The MaxCore Piano White samples are white. The flooring is not white - it's a yellow cream color. If you want a yellow floor, this floor's the one for you. But be warned! The sample will not match the final flooring! Home Depot should stop carrying something that they don't display in the store and can't control the reliability of the product ordered. Did not meet any expectations. Also, the flooring cups, so it won't lay flat based on the samples.

Disappointed.As usual the salesperson ordered me something that I could not use abs did not come close to matching what I had been buying from them and tvey discontinued. I had to rip up all previously payed flooring and trash it.lost too much $$$$z not the first time.

Buyers Beware on installation service.

We used installation services from home depot for Vinyl flooring installation. The estimator estimated too much inventory .

[Rewarded Review] Stunning color and quality!

Absolutely beautiful flooring. We wanted something more modern looking to go with our style and this was the perfect choice. It snaps together easily and our installer was impressed with the quality and ease of installment. It fits tight, so no lines showing in between planks. Service was prompt and each carton on the palette was in perfect condition. So happy!

It's a gorgeous black color. It is noticeably softer to walk-on than the other flooring in my house. My handyman had it installed in about 2 hours.

The flooring wasn’t nearly as durable as I’d hoped. It scratches easily and doesn’t stay together like similar flooring I’ve laid. Pretty disappointing.

Way too brittle at locking edges. Watch appliances

I meticulously laid 15 boxes in our open concept kitchen / living room and while it does look nice, it is lacking in durability compared to Cali Vinyl, which we laid in our kid’s bedroom. The lucida doesn’t handle weight well at all, it will crack at the seams if you slide any heavy furniture over it. We had a huge problem with the weight of our refrigerator cracking the seams and then not allowing surrounding to float enough. I would recommend not putting any heavy objects on it.

Not the right color!

Literally love my flooring BUT it is far more grey than it is tan/brown.
