It looks nice, but it’s not bright and has a delayed start when you turn it on.

Great light- bad customer service

This is a beautiful light, however after 3 months the light bulbs burnt out. We hired an electrician to put it up so I know it was installed properly. Called the company and was informed it had a bad driver. The solution was to send us a new driver which we are to replace. I explained we are not capable of doing it and would once again need to hire an electrician which I feel they should cover because it is under warranty. 5 weeks later still no answer and have stopped responding to my emails. No where does it state in the warranty that it is the customers responsibility to replace defective parts! Do better Maxim!!

Love the light - hate the service

Bought this beautiful light and hired a professional to hang it correctly in our great room. Three months later, all the lightbulbs are burning out. The solution that they gave us is to send us a new driver and then it’s now our responsibility to put it in. we are not electricians nor should that ever be part of a warranty, to have the consumer have to replace electrical parts. I have called the company numerous times and had several email conversations and now they completely ignore my email I hired an electrician wants to put it up. It should be on them to have the light fixed .

This company is a scam

I ordered 3 fixtures based on their 2 day guarantee. I wanted them installed before the upcoming holiday. After 2 days, my order status was never updated. Tried calling, all I got was a recording stating everything was digital and hung up. Their chat online is non existent. I submitted an inquiry using their online form. Two of the items finally updated with a tracking number to be received 3 days later than guaranteed and still no information on the third fixture. Also no response on my late delivery credit. I would not buy anything from these people.

Beautiful dining room fixture. Very modern design and unique for a new stylish look. Make sure you have the correct electrical wires to support this fixture.

Gorgeous modern chandelier

This piece looks fantastic in my DR. Beautiful design and quality look. Two small issues. Electrician had to glue the contact in place for one of the lights, and another light was slightly crooked and needed adjusting. In spite of that, I’d buy again! Stunning centerpiece.

Awesome!

LOVE this chandelier! It is one of my favorite parts of our new family room. The little lights give off a lot of light and because it was installed on a dimmer, it also looks amazing at a more dim level. Works perfect! (Not sure why the pictures are downloading sideways...)

Beautiful light fixture, I gave 4 stars because the gold is not shiney like the picture it is more an antique aged brass finish

I love, love, LOVE this chandelier! It is absolutely gorgeous and creates such a unique focal point for our dining room. My husband installed it and had no trouble, he said "it was so easy!". The quality is fantastic and it is very well made.

Stunning Light Fixture

I was a bit hesitant to purchase a chandelier in this price point, but I am so happy I did. It is the perfect finishing touch to my dining room. It came perfectly packaged and was not too difficult to hang. My handyman was a bit baffled by the LED wiring, but had it figured out pretty quickly. Easy instructions came with the light.
