Buyer beware -- terrible customer service!
When I ordered this fixture I told the salesperson that I needed the crystals in clear. She never advised that it only came in the amber crystals only. When I received my fixture, I called immediately upon discovering the amber crystals. I also emailed my salesperson and asked if she could send the clear crystals -- NO REPLY. When I talked with customer service, the representative told me I would have to pay $100.00 to have it shipped back, but they advised they would review the order and reply with me -- NO REPLY! At the time I purchased this fixture, the salesperson made a point to tell me she works on commission, which now makes it clear to me that she didn't much care about the specifics of my order and mislead me in making this order. BUYER BEWARE!
