Great light, not oil rubbed bronze
I exchanged this light for the 5 light version, and I do love it in my space. However, the finish is chocolate brown, not a true oil rubbed bronze. It should be darker and buffed to show edges of copper toned metal beneath an oil colored finish.

The light is very well made. I like that the bottom is glass and not plastic like some other brands. Ultimately we returned it because the shade was a little more beige than I was hoping (I needed a light cream shade). The light is flush mounted and lies flap up against the ceiling so keep that in mind when ordering. It’s hard to see exactly how it looks in the photos.

Would give this fixture six stars if possible! Very well crafted. Looks exactly like it does in the photo. Shade is a crisp white with a linen texture (I purchased the satin nickel). Easy to install. I am using this in my mid-century modern living room (picture the full wall sandstone fireplace) and it is perfect.

Light is exactly as pictured. Simple linen textured drum shade. Easy to install. It’s a classic flush mount fixture.
Maxim light Bongo Oil rubbed bronze
This light was very easy to install by a professional electrician. From opening the box to installation, about 20 minutes. It is a nice transitional/traditional light fixture. The tubing makes it easy to customize to the desired length. The shade was noted as oatmeal, I would say it is more of a neutral off white, does not have any yellow undertones. Perfect over my bedroom vanity. Takes 2, 60 watt bulbs. Great price point and good quality.
