My contractor just installed these in my new master bathroom and they are wonderful! They hold SO much and keep your counters clear. I can't speak to the installation process as I did not do them myself but I spent countless hours of my life researching medicine cabinets and am so glad I went with these. I love the side lights versus having to have a separate overhead light on. I love that there is room for tall objects. I love that they are mirrored on the inside.

It's only been a few weeks but that thing is awesome!!!! I really like that it has a plug in the cabinet and a mirror on the inside door. Shipping was so so.....HD waited a few days to ship the item and it came in late (not good when you have contractors waiting for you).

Great Product. This is the 3rd Maxstow i've bought (I have 2 24" ones in my other bathroom). The lights are perfect and the in unit power is the deal sealer.

Internal outlet issue

Bought from another vendor, arrived trashed. Bought from Home Depot so I could inspect it before delivery, packaging is not quite adequate, but HD managed to get it to me undamaged. Installed, and discovered that the internal electrical outlet is only powered when the lights are on. This makes it worthless for keeping rechargeable things charged in the cabinet, and I confirmed with Kohler that this is working as intended. It is a nice cabinet, but be aware that it won't be keeping your rechargeable devices charged unless you leave the lights on.

I love it

this cabinet was installed about 20 days ago. It looks modern, save spaces and cost for extra lights around the cabinet, and mirrors with good quality.

Doors will never be able to align 100 percent. Aside from that . It’s decent .

Unit was sent but most critical part is wrong

the cabinet had the wrong hang rail.

I had to order a total of 5 of the medicine cabinets AND PICK THEM UP MYSELF to end up with 2 that were not damaged.

Plastic Retaining Clips look terrible

We love the mirror, cabinet and LED lighting. However, there is one major flaw with the installation. Kohler requires you to install the plastic retaining clips at top and bottom of cabinet for extra security. The upper clips are totally noticeable and look terrible and cheap unless you bought the very tall cabinet or the top of the cabinet is well above eye level. When I spoke with Kohler and sent them a picture, they agreed with me, but they had no solution.

large, well designed and works great

Although this product description indicated this is dimmable, the light flickers and will randomly switch from bright to low or even flash on/off when dimming. Yes, my dimmer switch is LED compatible. Also, it’s odd that it’s only available with a right hinged door.

Really love my vanity mirror. Fits perfect and lightening is on spot. Love the different heights of shelves. I am going to enjoy the vanity mirror for many years to come.

For the price it sells, the quality may be better. I have received a unit with lights that don’t work. There is power in the unit, but the lights don’t turn on. Initially, I blamed the wiring and had to change some of it before realizing that the actually unit does not work. Would not think that a new unit may come in defective. Lesson learned - much overpriced units also could be defective.

I had to have an electron get power to it which was kind of challenging for him he had to have a switch on the side to turn it on and off. Other than that it meets my expectations.

Outstanding service

I love the product when it arrived. It was very attractive. However, it arrived with a cracked mirror. The customer service could not have been more helpful. They did a fill return and helped me get a new one. Easy Peasy.
