Finally found MY pillow
Love my 3 in 1 pillow. No more waking up with a stiff neck and shoulder pain. I’m a side sleeper and generally on my right side. Always felt like I had a kink in my neck. No more. Love love love my pillow! Also Downlite has amazing customer service.

I love my new pillow but I think I should have got one a little more firmer.this isn't the fault of your company since I can't lay my head on things online. Overall I'm super happy with it

Terrible, this is not the pillow I used at the hotel and yet customer service at downlite kept telling me it is. I know for 1000% it is not anywhere near the right pillow.
