Easy to install, but careful when tightening screw head broke off had to needle nose pliers to unscrew the broken screw head afterwards it was easy to screw in the rest and the dimensions of the screw holes on the mailbox were the same measurements so no drilling new screw holes, the lock was pre set so no need to install the lock set like most lock boxes.
Sturdy and attractive, but not suitable for receiving bulkier mail. I need a separate, larger bin for that.

We needed to move our mail box a month ago to a more accessible place on the front porch. This one worked well. The door needs to be pushed in to catch the lock latch arm. Not sure we needed a locking box but this wasn't a big issue. Easy to install. Looks pretty good. Easy on the mail carrier. Shipping was fast.
Lost the key to the old one… hadda buy another one…. Going to keep the keys SEPARATE from now on…. The unit itself is solid as a rock. I just couldn’t keep track of the KEYS ?
