i ordered two of these units at the exact same time. They are not the same, on one, the hot/cold and volume of water is one lever, and the selector switch is another lever. the second one, one lever is a temperature only, and the selector switch has 4 selections, one being off. in other words, when you select a position, the water is either on full blast, or off. I hate the second model, and its trashy to send two different versions on the same order, is absolutely unacceptable. both of these units are in the same his

Sleek Shower Panel

Love the rain shower head. The hand held shower leaks. The connector is plastic and the inside connections is fine.. the outside connector for the hose to the handheld shower leaks.. no matter how much tape you use....Very poor quality... Will need to go to Ace Hardware and pick up fitting to create a connection that is leak proof. Directions were not very helpful in placing the water connections...

Had to buy exactly what i had due to holes in wall but new one has much less water pressure and was not nearly as hot but fixed that with water heater but no fixing pressure

Very happy with this fixture, looks and feels awesome. Love that it has a temperature stop feature (you have to push a button while adjusting the temperature above a certain point) although I frequently go above the stop my 6yo can’t accidentally burn herself!

The holder for the hand-held shower is plastic, when so much of the shower is metal, which is odd. It didn’t hold well and I had to get the plumber out a second time. The knob to select which water system to use is also odd - if you’re trying to turn the overhead shower, you either get sprayed by the hand-held or the full-body panel. There is no way to select the water system, and then turn the water on. It takes some getting used to, but overall it looks good and functions well.

The shower really is amazing. The only issue I have is that the attachment shower is plastic. Everything else is chrome. The detached shower could be made of better materials. Will just have to be careful when using.

I really love this shower panel and it looks great too! I got this a few months ago but wasn't able to get help installing this until just recently. I read the installation instructions that came with this and knew this wasn't something I would want to attempt on my own. This does require some sort of plumbing knowledge to install as well as possibly having to get inside the wall to attach the parts. I did have to have a professional install this but now that it's done I am very pleased with the whole thing.
